Personally, I've learned a few things from Tate's videos, sometimes he has some interesting points of view. with that being said, we can't ignore the fact that he was hiring girls for the sex industry, what does it tell us about his morals, character, and the legitimacy of his businesses? I'm not saying all the accusations against him are justified, but we can't jump to the conclusion that all his businesses are legit and the government (the "Matrix" in his words) is after him. If you are actually doing something illegal, the government will be after you at one point. Both, his supporters, as well as his haters, get manipulated very easily these days, just emotionally jumping to conclusions after watching a two-minute video instead of thinking by themselves.

Disclaimer: I'd say I'm politically central and have no reason to dislike Tate aside from his message. Additionally, I agree that people can form opinions just based off of what their told to believe, but this is not the case in this instance. I am really unimpressed with the defence of Tate by his fans. While some people in the video had a poor reason for why they hated him, at the end of the day, his reputation is almost universally frowned upon for a reason. Most, except for a small contingent of young men (and a few others) conclude Tate is not the best role model for a host of reasons, such as his language choice when discussing women, yes, across long-form content, as well as his predatory business tactics (Mob funding/pyramid schemes) and philosophy of wealth and life moreover. I won't vilify people for identifying with his message, but I don't understand why he is an icon for young men right now. Respect to all, just adding to the dialogue.

Tate inspires people to evaluate the way they're living their lives and change any habits that might be contributing to their depression. People are depressed because they’re out of shape, not making money, and not in the right friend circle. I am an example, when I was skinny and broke, with no purpose, I was depressed, but as soon as I got into shape, started working towards a goal in life and started making money, my depression vanished. Tate helps people realise that the best depression cure is personal responsibility and action and has saved many lives as a result.
