I went on TRT when I was 26 years old, now 35. I had been knowing something is wrong since teens, but for some reason I just kept going till I finally just had enough. I knew my low test was keeping me down and had kept me on disadvantage since the teens. Went on to the doctor and without a question there was hypogonadism and I got my treatment. It saved my life. Even you young out there, if you feel it. It can be the case so you have to get yourself checked. There are so many men out there that have hypogonadism their whole life from youth to finish without them ever knowing what is wrong with them. Don't suck it up, it does not have to be that way.

Hey Andy, I'm 25 years old I just want to say 1 year ago I watched you live in park city Utah at the Solar convention (I was a Solar D2D guy at the time) with all of your team standing behind you everywhere you went and your energy was absolutely amazing. Since then I have been following you on all socials and love your content and have been loving watching your growth in the last year. Anyway after that I actually went back home and started selling cars and have used your KZbin content for a lot of my training and I'm fucking so appreciative brotha so thank you. But I can't help but feel that I'm definitely lacking that competitiveness and edge and I have been thinking about getting my blood work done because I think I'm low on T. Unfortunately I'm out of there service area for these guys but you've definitely motivated me to get into my primary care provider and get some blood work done sounds like the results are life changing so again thank you man you've been a huge inspiration and a great leader!!

100% Low T can cause depression. It’s a side effect of being in a hormonal deficit. Treat the hormone imbalance and there will likely be no need for anti depressants. Treat the cause not the symptom.

I have done SSRIS, antidepressants meds and nothing seems to necessarily help. I love the gym, it’s been the one thing that helps. I have an appointment set up through you guys on the 20th to talk to someone and hoping that this may possibly change my life. I need something to change, god bless you guys. Thanks Andy. 🙏🏼
@mattkarstetter30158 ай бұрын
You’re not alone brother. Low testosterone is misdiagnosed as depression everyday. As a result patients are put on SSRI’s for years or a lifetime, however long term use like that is not what they are designed for. A lot of times primary care docs or the VA don’t even check testosterone and estrogen when doing blood draws.

Not here to hate but I dislike the fact that many influencers always talk about hard work then talk how they used shortcuts to get where they are (e.g. scams, steriods). The definition of Steroid is: "any of a large class of organic compounds with a characteristic molecular structure containing four rings of carbon atoms (three six-membered and one five). They include many *hormones*, alkaloids, and vitamins." Testosterone is the male sex *hormone*. You are taking a form of steroids whether you like it or not. We have to call it for what it is. TRT would literally get you banned from most high-level sports. Please be careful when self-supplementing guys! Also this whole video was more or less an ad.

@mattkarstetter30158 ай бұрын
Steroids is a broad term and an umbrella statement. Keep in mind prednisone you get for inflammation or even poison ivy is technically a steroid. Your asthma inhaler is a steroid. Testosterone is naturally occurring in the body and as you age you may become deficient and need supplementation. It’s life changing for those who truly need it. I promise.

How do you avoid hypogonadism (shrinking testicles) if you are not cycling off? They keep saying it is “long term” yeah, as soon as you shut down your natural T production, you need to be on TRT for LIFE! Or the other negative side effects, left ventricle hypertrophy, high red blood cell count, hypogonadism..

Hey Dave. HCG while using TRT will prevent testicular atrophy and is common place for many guys including myself. The side effects of testosterone are so few when used correctly and if you do experience any there is usually a very simple and healthy solution to prevent. Thanks for asking.

TRT is just one thing you need to look like Andy yet people are so fixed on it for some reason. You do not see any comments on his videos say "Oh Andy only looks like that because he eats 200g of protein a day" yet the moment anyone is on TRT it gets used as the reason.
