“You don’t get what you deserve in life, you get what you negotiate.” - Ed Latimore
@petermaclauren27884 жыл бұрын
Joey's whole point is in life many times you can't control what happens. Sometimes you try to negotiate and it just pisses someone off. Other times you are just minding your business and the opportunity of a lifetime presents itself. A lot of life is random, but in the end it all evens out.

You can't be around a top dog and not learn tricks. He's with an old school man, one that has his church in order. Anyone that has spent time around those type of men, you never forget those moments. Remeber it always Lee. The words maybe fade, but the fire and the warm of that moment they shared with you, never leaves you.

That exact thing happened to me but it was the bosses daughter, she got her art history degree . She took over the sawmill for her dad that ran it for 35 years after his father . She drove the mill straight into the F×cking ground within 5 years. Guys that had 40+ years in at the sawmill no other skills to fall back on . They all got 1 month warning the mill was shutting down one guy had a heart attack and died 1 week after we found out the mill was shutting down .

It is unfair to blame life for being unfair, when it is people who are unfair. Life is very fair, very wise, in how it shapes our behavior and teaches us; it is a very wise and compassionate teacher. Life is designed to point us to Love, and when we wander, it points us back to Love again and again if necessary; life is very patient and very consistent in its pointing.
