“You don’t get what you deserve in life, you get what you negotiate.” - Ed Latimore
@petermaclauren27884 жыл бұрын
Joey's whole point is in life many times you can't control what happens. Sometimes you try to negotiate and it just pisses someone off. Other times you are just minding your business and the opportunity of a lifetime presents itself. A lot of life is random, but in the end it all evens out.

That exact thing happened to me but it was the bosses daughter, she got her art history degree . She took over the sawmill for her dad that ran it for 35 years after his father . She drove the mill straight into the F×cking ground within 5 years. Guys that had 40+ years in at the sawmill no other skills to fall back on . They all got 1 month warning the mill was shutting down one guy had a heart attack and died 1 week after we found out the mill was shutting down .

It is unfair to blame life for being unfair, when it is people who are unfair. Life is very fair, very wise, in how it shapes our behavior and teaches us; it is a very wise and compassionate teacher. Life is designed to point us to Love, and when we wander, it points us back to Love again and again if necessary; life is very patient and very consistent in its pointing.

Somebody please help me; I’m calling out for help. I cant stop staring at muscular men in the gym. I cant stop offering to spot them regardless of their exercise. I play community softball leagues to drink beer, slap ass, and hit on men. I invite too many men over to my house to watch mma fights and sports games so we all have to squeeze uncomfortably on the 2 couches i have. And of course I’m in the middle. I play local basketball rec leagues so i can “guard” dudes in the post. After the game i spend 3 hours in and around the shower to see who’ll come in. I’m really starting to think that I’m gay.

The only thing that's fair is that we can change ourselves and have control of that little part of the world that belongs to us. Like Joey said, we all get shafted one way or another, it's on you to take whatever you have left and rebuild, we all end up in the same place anyhow, whether you're rich or poor, you're gonna look back on your life and think about what you yourself achieved and not what was handed to you.
