Areta has done some great things in his time so far. The biggest being the rebuilding of the team, but then again, he was supported 100% by the ownership who gave him the money. His biggest weakness,and it has shown no signs of improvement in more than 2 years, is his game day management. From the picking of the lineups when we are short-handed to his substitutions, which more often than not, are either late or just make no sense. Right now, we don't have the personal to play his favored formation with 2 #8s. Our midfield is decimated by injuries right now. Instead of playing a formation that we have the players for, He forces players into positions they are uncomfortable in. Partey is a great example. By putting him at RB and Timber LB. This weakens both our right back position and the #6 position where Partey has exceled this season. So he weakened 2 positions instead of just 1. We had the players to play a 433, but no, we had to play Artetas 4123, and it cost us. He is not flexible enough, and he doesn't trust the players he s bought. Then there is the style we played in the first 9 or 10 games. It was the same slow build-up style that failed last season. It took him 20 games to go back to the more free wheeling style this team was built for and that cost us the title last season and will more than likely do the same this season as well. Another season or 2 like this and we will lose our best players and then what.

Our Football only a couple of months ago it was suggested Arsenal are one of the best teams in Europe and there were few ,if any, dissenting voices . The fanatics among the fans are making claims and calling for the head of the Manager like small children who have been denied a piece of cake .Time for the grown ups to take charge.

If Arteta is replaced, its a reset. If there's not enough quality (in areas), its a money issue. The gray area in between is up for everyone to interpret differently, but to fall either on some predestined history cliché has to see its a new manager that learned lessons season by season, repairing the defence (FA cup win), invigorating squad (first PL runnerup) and adding depth (Saliba injury, second runner-up). I will take league cups this season as the point drop off is already considerable, granted with some injury & bad errors (red cards). The lobsided team will eventually have to balance out to truly dominate across the whole field...

Arsenal needs a vicious goalscorer. As simple as that. You can't have a player moving everywhere else but is absent when it comes to score goals. Ice Cold Goal Scorer. But no one seems like that in this team.

The players exhibit the attitude of the manager. They're afraid to take risks. The manager doesn't seem to learn, how can you be tinkering with the team when you have playera on the bench. Why put Partey on right back, why put Timber on left back yet you have Tierney on the bench? Looks like Arteta doesn't learn.

The VAR decision and Arteta tendency to experiment tactics really paid dearly. Not to mention his naive decision to put players where they suppose not to eg Partey to full back, Havertz in striker position. It already caused Arsenal twice of nearly being champions and tis season we just hope Liverpool dropped points come Boxing Day. #gunnersforlife

Havertz at cf is a curious case When everything is right, we are playing well opponents are having a tough times he is incredible - his finishing has improved, he makes lovely runs, wins duels But things dont go well - he is the most clueless player on field

Arsenal is a very good team. It can definitely win the league with another couple of additions. Also, Arteta despite all his good qualities, should tinker less with personnel.

I think arsenal are a great team and I think they could win the title but I would say they’ve got the same chance as Chelsea have this season. Chelsea are in great form and so are Arsenal but I think the pressure for Arsenal will be to much for them to go all the way, 1- the pressure for fighting with Chelsea and 2- I don’t think they can beat Liverpool to it.

Same ol story with Arsenal since the invincibles broke up- An incomplete team. If it doesn't need defenders, it needs midfielders, if it's got them, it needs top finishers. Mourinho, Ancelotti, Guardiola, Fergie. None of them won anything with an incomplete team. Arteta is more of Wenger's pupil than he is Guardiola's. He played and captained wengers team with his rubbish incomplete philosophy. He's currently doing the same as a manager. It's painfullly basic. Create a complete team ffs. Will he be ruthless like a real winner and do it? I don't think so. Just unfortunate guys.

He works well with Odegaard, so a 9 would be fine. Drop Partey, play Rice as 6, Odegaard, Havertz, striker, two wingers. Arteta can't see it
