Not necessarily, since the production team of shark tank shoots many segments and only few of them air and if you don't make a deal it's not guaranteed that your segment will air, so refusing a deal makes your part much less likely to air and the entrepreneurs know about this.

a RARE pitch, where Kevin is actually being reasonable. However this does feel more like an add on to another product. His best bet is to be sold to Google or Garmin, he certainly seems to have something to offer them (celeb read stories)

I can see this being used in google maps with a history fact when you’re road tripping sort of when you make it to a state. google says “welcome to Kansas” (could be a toggled feature road trip mode)

I would say it's primarily for families. I wouldn't want to be travelling with my friends talking about god knows what to be randomly interrupted with a fact about horse drawn carriages.

I think there's some value there but I think it's niche. I do think the play is sell to google or waze. I think it's a feature and you get a notification about the story then you can choose to listen to it on top of maps.

Which doesn't work. Here the only thing of any value is the idea, which isn't protected. Google indeed could just copy this and release their BETTER version for about 50k with most of that being in hiring some interesting people to voice it. And then you have a better, low priced version, of this you cannot possibly compete with.

Does it work along with music? It would be annoying to sit in silence because you can only use the app if your music isnt playing. I think Robert was right. Id be down for this if it came with Sirus XM or something that came with the car. I love traveling and driving too, but Im not paying for it. Also it would be better if when you put in your destination it pre-downloaded stories along your route and played when those points came up in your trip, than solely relying on a data connection. You tend to lose signal and that would be a helpful way to ensure you get your monies worth even without signal.
