I think a large part of the pitch was edited where she probably showed that she's legit. That's why neither Mark nor any other shark called her out. Perhaps you also missed it but she said that she is in the middle of a raise, which means she didn't want to devalue the company for the other possible investors that she was conducting negotiations.
