Big facts cause I bought the TPOB troll set,and the Babyliss LoProFX and a different brand,at the same time all on the same platform but the TPOB and other brand out preformed the LoProFX by a long shot. Is that the reason why I believe Babyliss came out with the ones with the detachable battery. Now do some of / all their stuff be over priced Yes and No. For me I can get everything they have for $50-$65 cheaper than the website prices. Now for the people that can’t get them deal and don’t have the money to buy them high price machines yes. But TPOB is“IT”right now hands down for whatever type of barber. This is the reason why he got the game in a frenzy and will into someone stop his shine witch will be never 😂.It better to join him them go against this dude Stylecraft know better.

I'm so glad I saw this video. I'd purchased the Babyliss Rosegold FX for my son for about $163 after taxes (black friday price). That's much better than the $200 plus regular price (as it is at this moment). I got them for him for Christmas as he has spoke about cutting hair but wanting something newer (he's using his aunt's old clippers right now). After watching this video, it prompted me to look further into the tpob brand as Amazon had already put it in the suggestions when I was shopping for the Babyliss clippers. I watched a few videos on tpob products and made the decision in the end to return the Babyliss clippers for that $163 and just add about $25 to that. But instead of just a pair of clippers, I was able to get the Tpob troll clippers AND troll trimmers (with psycho blade). So for that extra $25 (approx), he will get clippers and trimmers instead of just the clippers. We/he can add to the collection in the upcoming year as needed. Hell, I have the black and gold babyliss fx clippers and gold fx trimmers, looking for another set to start cutting more hair than just my own now (for some reason), and decided to go ahead and grab a troll clipper/trimmer set for myself as well.

I have the XO and you could fix the rattling just by moving the cutting blade a little bit to the left or right as long as it’s centered and I’m able to use any guard without any rattle, even at zero gap.

Great review! You just got a sub from me. I really like the style of this video and the things you had to say. BaByliss really shines when you get to their newer “Battery models” like the SNAPFX and FXOne. Along with JRL, they make my favorite products. I have the Boost+ trimmer and clipper, and I don’t really like either of them. I also have the SNAPFX trimmer, and it’s in my top two trimmers because they fixed every issue I found within the Boost. The new FXOne LoPROFX with the matte gray housing, the blue blade, and the battery system are what I’m trying next. I personally think the OG from 2018 and the Boost+ have had their time, and now they’ve been surpassed. Great video man!
