Thanks so much for your comment. We are so glad we have a new drone for the epic arial footage. We know our "swimming footage" is very awkward to many viewers, but dipping in the natural water is essential to us in this lifestyle. And usually we remember our camp places because of the waters, how cold it was etc.

Just to say hi hi..... and i love the videos and you two! Your attitude and outlook are so positive. and also funny, please keep it going!... I visited Finland on a community exchange visit in (I think) 1997 first Helsinki and. then Turku.... Our Turku host was generous sauna, lake and barbecue, we enjoyed Finland.... We have a small motorhome and tour around Europe mostly West up to 90 days only, think Balkans are on the plan now.... Thanks to you two... Enjoy the travels and thanks for sharing.... Andy X

Hello, yes Balkan is worth of the drive. In 90 days you can pack quite nice route and you can be over that 90 days because there is non-Schengen countries here also.:)

Great advice, Thank you guys, The wife and I will be making our first trip through the Balkans on our way to Greece from France next month We will try to do better on the budget 🙂 as we travel the same way as you and prefer to avoid people, I don't mind people but I could not eat a whole person Ha ha.

We have invested all our savings. Stocks, funds, index funds with really wide spectrum. We are basically living on those and eating our savings.

We believe Balkan is safe to gay people. Yes, they are more conservative people in the Eastern Europe, but they are not pushing their believes. European muslims seem less religious than Orthodox christians, we have seen them drink alcohol and eat pork (they just tone it down few days before during and after ramadan). There is no European islamic extremists in Balkan. Houdoe and safe travels!

Wild camping: Did you have any bear trouble in the Balkans?

It very hard to encounter wild bears even when you want to. We did not see the bears this time during our Balkan road trip. They are shy animals and try to avoid people at all cost. But we did not really go outside of our van after dark and always singed out loud when walking in the forest. And we kept our trash and food sealed.

Balkans is truly.great. Starlink might be the answer, because data is so confusing here. We are middle aged so the hairdo is called Leia, but thank you anyway! 😃
