In this video a christian talks about the LGBTQ subject - is homosexuality as sin? If homosexuality is a sin then why did God make gay people? - And why is same-sex attraction so common if it's against God's will? what does Christianity really teach about LGBTQ? Watch this video to find out!! ... I really don't know how to write descriptions
I had my gay, agnostic, cottage core, best friend, ✨Logo✨ help me out with the difficult subject! Thanks Logo! Love you 🌼🌼

Course that's not completely true with this one! most denominations do believe that homosexuality is a sin, but not all!

I used to be gay and it took so long, but God gave the courage to talk to Him about it, because it was always a topic that i just ignored with my relationship with Him, but He eventually gave me the courage to admit it to Him and slowly but surely He helped me pick up and carry my cross and He did deliver me from it and it was then when i truly understood what Jesus had done for me and all of us sinners alike, but also i must confess, i did a thing this year earlier and backslid badddddd but we good, i felt like a dog iykwim my bible resding homies, but we good. Guys. Gay people. Bruhs. Come to God as you are and dont be shy to ask Him these things, Hes gonna tell you the truth and its probably gonna be scary at first, BUT, BIG BUT, you will end up being at peace with God knowing that its better to identify with Jesus Christ than having your identity in the world. When people say Jesus loved you, they mean it! Take it from dude who had purple hair just to show off the fact that hes attracted to men and prided himself in it. Thank God tho, because He really humbled and comforted me, and showed me His great big love for me and every human being. Come to Him as you are, theres this saying, you dont wash yourself before you get into a bath, so come to God as you are and let His love shown through Jesus sacrifice for us all change you in due time, one step at a time ❤ Now. Jesus loves you! And Hes coming soon 🙌🏼❤❤❤❤

Hey nice video. This is one of the more pricky issues in Christianity and its never fun when people have extreme reaction to Christians simply following what is in the Bible. Part of the issue seems to stem from self proclaimed christians who dont really understand the religion apart from "Love everyone", which while true doesnt really do it justice. Thought it was great how you managed to covey the Bibe in an informative way. God bless.

"in Christianity"? Christianity comprises a variety of traditions. Some think it's a sin, some think it's only a sin if you act on it, some think it's not a sin. The idea that the contents of the Bible define what is sinful is problematic. There are commands in there that are widely ignored, and even some considered immoral today. In fact Paul taught that we don't obey God by following moral rules (Rom 7.6) and Jesus explained that looking after each other takes priority over Bible rules (Mat 12.1-12). The broad view of morality in the Bible is Micah 6.8, Mat 22.40, John 13.34, Rom 13.8-10. "What counts is faith working in love", "love your neighbour fulfils ALL God's commands" (Gal 5). That means that two men/women in a loving relationship are obeying God just as much as a man and a woman. The concern in the few biblical texts that appear to us to be about this issue is not what most people think. In the cultures represented in the Bible, women were assumed inferior to men. A male (man or boy) in a woman's role - being poked by a man or even by a woman - was denigrated. That's the concern. By Roman times, enslaved boys were put in this position as a deliberate act of domination. It was not loving by any stretch of the imagination. Paul was right to say it was incompatible with God's kingdom. What is also incompatible with God's kingdom is failure to fully affirm gay love. It has done incredible harm. Even your "welcoming but not affirming" half-way position can devastate lives.

Yes bro! Thank you for this comment! If only more people would put in an honest effort to research this topic for themselves and really listen to scholars etc. who *do* know better than your everyday pastor and laymen who claim to have heard from God themselves. There is so much at stake here and I realize that most anti-gay Christians do really care about this but their care is so misplaced and it causes real harm. It's like... please just care about the person more than ancient dogmas that don't have a logical or even moral leg to stand on. A truly loving, healthy gay relationship hurts no one. On the contrary it just means there's another bit of real and honest love in this life, which can never be a bad thing.

Thank you for this @MusicalRaichu Especially, Christians ignoring certain parts of the Bible. There are at least 7 passages in the Bible where God endorses slavery. @@theguybehindyou4762 That's not what the "rule' said. If you're going to quote the Bible, at least do it properly. Problem with rules is that sometimes they don't go far enough (Mat 5), sometimes they go too far (Mat 12). Rules is not how we know right from wrong: "but now we are discharged from law that we may serve in the new way of the Spirit, not the old way of the written code" "the only thing that counts is faith working through love" "love God, love neighbour, all scripture depends on this" "a NEW commandment: love one another as I have loved you" "this is what God requires: practice justice, love kindness, walk humbly with God" "love fulfils ALL God's commands"

@@MusicalRaichu As you wish: "Do not have sexual relations with a man like you would with a woman. That is an abomination." -Leviticus 18:22 (Old Testament) "In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error." -Romans 1:27 (New Testament) If someone wishes to follow the homosexual lifestyle, that is their business, but the Bible is quite clear that it does not condone that.

The desire of attraction is within all souls, however, the soul (a point of light) is genderless, either male or female. The soul simply plays it part according to the body's gender. The first mistake humans made was to identify themselves as male and female, a body, rather than the soul occupying the body. Sometimes a soul will have stronger feelings for the same body type, which is absolutely normal. Souls have been taking birth to male and female bodies since time immemorial. And in some births we are drawn to a certain body preference due to past life experiences.

I know this video is a little bit old but as a newer Christian I've been struggling finding anything about would we go to hell when we die if we still had homosexual desires or in a homosexual relationship when we die? This isn't for me mainly though I do find myself having attractions to both genders but I have some queer friends that don't really believe in christ because they think that either they aren't good enough or feel shunned because a lot of Christians say that all homosexuals are going to hell 😔

Hey friend, welcome to the family of Jesus! I'm sorry some Christians have given you and your friends the impression that gay people can't have Jesus. Here's what I believe! All sins are forgivable. Jesus came to save sinners! If we put our faith in Him, we will be saved. Whether our sin is homosexual, heterosexual, or non sexual, it's all sin, and Jesus is bigger than it. When we become Christians we don't magicly at the snap of a finger no long desire sin. But even when we have the Holy Spirit we still sin and struggle with sin. It doesn't matter what sin you still struggle with, you will still be saved as long as your faith is in Jesus. So to answer your question, yes people with same sex attraction can go to heaven. Even if they've acted on it. The only requirement for heaven is true faith in Jesus. True faith in Jesus does include pursuing righteousness and running from sin, but it does NOT include being perfect or doing everything right. Here are some verses I think apply 2 Corinthians 12:9, Romans 6:14, Hebrews 4:16, Galatians 5:17, Romans 7:20-25 I recommend reading the book of Romans! It gives fantastic information on how salvation works. Anyway, thank you for the comment. I hope this helps! If you want to talk more, my dms are always open on Discord and Instagram. Arsenokoitai refers to bed and boy. In historical context, it refers to pedastry; a pedophilic relationship between men and feminine boys, common amongst roman and greek aristocrats and military officials. Asserting it refers to homosexuality in general is asserting a claim with no historical backing.

Uh.. no? how did you get this so wrong? The Greek pederastic terms are ermenos (the man in the relationship) and erastes (the young boy in the relationship). Paul did not use these terms, he used arsenokoitai and that's not even close to its definition. Arsenokoitai is a compound word made up of "arseno" (which literally means male, it does not exclusively refer to boys as you're specifying it to be) and "koite" which like in Hebrew, tends to have a se×ual connotation DEPENDING on the context. In this case, it does carry such connotation. What scholars have noted for years is that the Apostle Paul when making this word up, borrows the words for "lie" and "male" from Leviticus 20:13. Just look: "hos d' an koimēthē meta *arsenos koitēn* gynaikēian, bdelygma epoiēsan amphoteroi; thanatousthōsan, enochoi eisin." (Leviticus 20:13 (LXX) Arseno and koiten are literally the same words that make up the compound word arsenokoitai. So Paul was merely repeating the condemnation in Leviticus 20:13 of homose×ual activities in his First Epistle to the Corinthians. It is not only condemned in the OT, but in the NT also. Please actually seek a Greek speaker before making up these random claims. In its historical context, it has always referred to homose×ual activities.

That is 💯 % Correct.”Martin Luther translated “arsenokoites” as knabenschander in German, meaning “boy abuser”….he obviously understood the historical context, which was pedaresty-the sexual abuse of prepubescent youths by married men in Ancient Greece.Hardly ‘modern revisionism’ then!!

I am sorry to hear what your friend did to you. It is really shallow and don't let this experience be a reason to make you stay away from a straight relationship because at the end of the day we are all human and it doesn't matter what gender we sleep with because we are always looking out for our own interest. interesting how we change "effeminate" into "having sex with men" twisting scriptures don't help the argument. I'd also argue about putting liars and thieves in the same category..... but i will say it's a conversation that needs to be had... but we should start at the very beginning.... like the designers of the bible.... the translators ... square 1.... because I believe that human beings now are pretty much the same people that were back then.... except we may be more "learned" because of evolving but if the humans of today are the same as humans back then (adding they were more uncivilized as well) then we need a lot of wiggle room for misdirection ...

That is the template that we are to follow - first, foremost and always. But the second is that the reason why homosexuality is identified as abomination in Scripture is referenced in the 'therefore' of Genesis 2:24. The item the 'therefore' refers to is the fact that Eve/woman was taken out of Adam/man (verses 21-23), and woman coming out of man is after the likeness/image of the Godhead. The sexual union is a 'oneness' that follows after the oneness of God. A man in sexual union with another man is abomination the same way a trinity comprised of Father, Son and Father would be abomination, as anyone familiar with even the basics of Christian theology would quite easily recognize. It simply doesn't matter how normal or right our sexual inclinations might appear to us, we either acknowledge His Way and submit to Him leading us into His Way, or we continue in our own way of destruction as an enemy of God. I am wrong. He is right. I submit and surrender and He leads me in the way that is right, true and good beyond imagining. May the Lord bless you and keep you and make His face to shine upon you!

"we're all sinners so I won't go to hell" argument is a fallacy because there's a difference and the difference with homosexuals and thieves is that thieves don't say "It's not my fault I'm a thief, you need to accept me for what I am and let me keep stealing", homosexuality is only forgiven if you truly repent, not sinning knowingly and expecting to be forgiven when you die and run out of the opportunity to repent

While this argument may stand regarding the New Testiment, its already clear from numerous sources from Jewish scholars, using Biblical Criticism, that the Levitical verses raised here, all refer to anal sex between men. This was proven in full by the Conservative/Masorti Judaism's primary body of poskim (Jewish law scholars), the CJLS. I suggest you read the first part of the responsa, "Homosexuality, Human Dignity, and Halakha", which demonstrates what the Levitical verses themselves mean.

@@creedatorx439 of course i have a biased perspective as anyone does, but I will say that assume you are talking about the roman catholic church, they do not follow the bible as it is written, and many things are basically made up with zero biblical evidence, or have very little biblical context that was most likely intended to be metaphorical and was instead taken literally. firstly is the idea of purgatory. the bible does not in any way say that you must stay in purgatory for so-many-hundred-years to atone for your sins. God's forgiveness is all-encompassing. It's very likely in my own opinion this idea was pushed to generate revenue for the church, because people were permitted to pay money to the church to take time off their purgatory "sentence." perhaps most importantly is that the roman catholic church believes it was given the power by god to literally forgive sin. According to the bible, god alone has this power. It wouldn't make any sense for mankind to have it anyways, we are sinners ourselves. there are other various things that I believe to be scripturally unsound, such as praying to mary, but are maybe less important. In the end I find roman catholicism to be deeply ungrounded in the true word of god. Personally, I am baptist, but what I can tell you is that if your denomination is NEVER what saves you. god alone is. If you truly believe in god, repent of your sins, and follow him in your life, you will enter heaven one day.

1. God is Triune, consisting of three different individuals bound into ONE: Spirit = Son + Father. (The Spirit proceeds from the Son and Father - John 15:26) 2. He created us also triune, in His Triune Image and Likeness, using a mixed-sexual construct, a hetero-sexual construct: You = Mom + Dad. (You proceed from Mom and Dad) 3. He did this to spread His Triune Image across the earth, commanding us to be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth. 4. Homosexuality thwarts this command. It is, in fact, being used by The Enemy to make man a party to failing God, disobeying Him, and corrupting His Image. This is not just sin. It is an abomination. Divorce is similar, since no human proceeds from Mom & Dad, and then breaks union to be reformed with another Mom or Dad. 5. We are a fallen race. Our father, Adam was once perfect as God is Perfect. But because he failed to follow God's warning, he was stricken with a condition called "Death." It appears genetic because it passed to us through him. We were born in bodies that crave pleasure, so desperately, that we will do almost anything to get it. This is why I currently lust for every lovely woman, why I still horde money, and why I once struggled with atheistic pride. It is why some people struggle with over-eating. It is why you struggle with same-sex attraction. It is why the whole universe dies. It is now a corrupt simulation, a shadow of God's Base Reality. 6. God will not tolerate sin. The entire universe is detached from Him. Everyone here is actually dead, and life is just an illusion (you can actually reason yourself to this conclusion). God will eventually pull the plug on this universe and it will perish forever. 7. God is just. He has given man the requirements to earn the right to join Him in Base Reality. You can earn it by perfect obedience to The Law as mentioned in The Torah. These are just a bunch of crazy laws that function as a schoolmaster, teaching you the fact that you cannot obey them. Those who come to this conclusion and who appeal to God's mercy, will be saved. Those who think they can by any means be "good enough," will perish. God requires utter perfection - no exceptions, no excuses. 8. God is merciful. He loves the world that He lost, and He is working to get it back. As we are cursed because we are in the lineage of Adam, God has given us a Second Adam in Whose lineage we may join. This Second Adam is called Jesus. He is The Christ of the human race. He is our Christ because He is human like us, but because He is also God, He is able to adhere to The Law with utter perfection. If we enter Christ's Holy Lineage, His perfection is accounted to us. 9. To join God's Lineage, you must be born again, not bodily, but your entire dead and lascivious psyche, your dead spirit, must be replaced with God's Holy Spirit. It is an actual substitution of your dead nature with His. Do not dismiss this as metaphor. You are a code-being who is embedded in genetics. The code that you are persists forever (it is your soul), even once your genetically produced body dies. In being born again, God replaces your code with His Own code, making you a living soul, in His Own Lineage, just as He once did with Adam. You can be born again simply by appealing to God's mercy. You cannot obey all 600+ laws to perfection. It is not up to you to even judge whether you are keeping those laws. You have no capacity to even know what is truly going on. Throw yourself down before God, admitting your cursed state before Him, and with Him looking upon me right now I swear by all that I am He will change your code and give you a new Nature-- His Own. Afterward, you will have two natures - your old dead nature will still exist in your pleasure-craving body. It will still try to drive you toward sin. But you will begin to sense a new Nature longing desperately to follow God. This new Nature will war against your old nature. The New Nature will, over time, prevail, and you will sense it conquering the sin in your body. But the war will continue until your body is no more. I used to have problems with all sorts of sin. My new Nature would just groan within me because my body would drag me away into seeking pleasure. But eventually, my new Nature rose up and decided that enough was enough. I learned that it was not enough to just try to resist sin. I had to run from it the very instant I encountered it. Women are a weakness for me, for example. So as soon as a woman approaches me "in that way," I tell her "Oh! I must be going. Very nice meeting you!" and I am out. Eventually, I will not struggle here at all. I know this because I have been through it with other sins. You will go through the same thing with same-sex attraction until it just will not be an issue at all. Your life is going to be overflowing with other pursuits, things that you cannot now imagine. 10. When your body perishes, your code will not be cast into the abyss. It will be given a new body that is comparable with the next world-- an awesome body of incomprehensible glory, that will be uploaded to be with God in Base Reality. That's it.

The physical sex act is the sin. It is an abomination to God. Having the desire is not a sin. Lusting after or acting on that lust is. People dance around with semantics. Being gay is not a personality. Being gay is a sexual preference. That means you aren't gay unless you have gay sex. Gay sex is a sin against God. There is the desire, the flesh is weak, though prayer to the Lord will help you stand against temptation. Personal experience lets me know this. I still have thoughts of guys that look cute, however I have to pray about it. No more gay sex for me because I am a follower of Christ and God says it's wrong. Tempted, yes. Give in to temptation, no. And on another note, we won't ever stop sinning until we get to Heaven. We will never be perfect. There was only one perfect person and His name is Jesus Christ. What we can do is try our best to stay away from sin. We should be asking forgiveness for sin every day, because we still sin.

@@steelrarebit7387 Just to clarify, while I acknowledge the different connotations of the terms, I take "homosexual", "gay", and "same-sex attraction" to basically mean "when men find men hot and women find women hot”~ and, “finding people hot” is not the same as physically having sex (though it’s certainly an important prerequisite for having any desire to pursue sex). What is clear from the Bible is that all non-reproductive sex (sodomy), particularly with members of the same sex is undoubtedly a sin in Christianity. What's maybe a question mark, is the attraction itself which I'm guessing is a sin in-so-far as lust is a sin, which would effectively make heterosexuality a sin as well...

Hello, I'm 20 and I've been a Christian since I was 7 :) You're absolutely right about needing to be careful about what I say! I worry about my scripts a lot and usually have multiple people read over them sometimes including a pastor Jesus is my foundation! The holy Spirit solidifies my faith!... But I know that's not what you're asking for, so - I grew up in a Southern Baptist Church. My very intelligent, hard-working father drilled Christian concepts into me. Although I had to do most of my Bible study on my own. I talk to a couple Lutheran pastors online a lot. And I like to read books like Cold Case Christianity, tactics, systematic theology, and anything by CS Lewis, I learn a lot from stuff like that :) Oh and KZbin channels such as the Bible project, Matt Whitman, and Mark winger. I hope the amount of transparency has pleasantly surprised you (ㆁωㆁ)

Hmmm that's a tricky one, but I think I have an answer for you Say you honestly believed that a sandwich was full of rap poison. Are you gonna support someone who wants to eat that sandwich? Only if you want them to die! But if you care about them you're goingna say "Hey man, you really shouldn't eat that sandwich. It's full of rap poison." Soooo if you're a Christian, and you believe that acting on same sex attraction is a sin, and you believe what the Bible says about sin causing death and pain, then it's really bad to support homosexuality. It's like saying "yeah eat that sandwich! ( Even though I believe there's rap poison in) Which is either hateful cause you want them to die. or selfish because you want them to like you and not be annoyed by your objection. both hate and selfishness are sinful. So yes, supporting homosexuality is a sin. Oh!! But it also depends on your definition of "supporting" I love my friend logo, and I never make fun of him or shame him when he talks about guys he likes. Some would consider that supporting. But that is not a sin, because he knows I believe there's rat poisons in that sandwich. He chooses to eat it anyway and that's his choice. I'm sad that he made that choice because yakes rat poison, but I understand I can't control him, even if I think I know what's best for him. Does this make sense? If it doesn't, we can chat on Discord or Instagram and get to know each other some more if you want. I promise I'm not judgmental and totally fun to talk to 🙃🙃

This is why so many gay/lgbt people end up leaving Christianity. You give them an ultimatum; either ignore all romantic and sexual desire you have for the rest of your life for a chance in heaven, or burn for all eternity. It is forgivable, but you must be working to stop committing this sin or forgiveness is useless, no? Yes, we all have desires for things that are wrong, like stealing something you want, but this is not comparable to being gay. For one the desires are in very different amounts. A man may lust for a woman that is not his wife when he already has one, a small desire that he should resist, however being gay means you must resist every single romantic and sexual desire that you ever have. When you truly love someone it is not as simple as just resisting. It can be done of course but it is not easy, and it especially so if you must resist this feeling for every person you will ever love for the rest of your life. Secondly, one desire is inherently wrong, the other is completely harmless. In the example above, the man is wrong for lusting after another woman, because cheating on his wife is breaking the trust that they built when they married. Same sex attraction however, hurts no one, so these people are forced to repress their feelings all their life for something that doesn't hurt anyone at all. To say that these things are the same is simply not correct. In the end you claim that they must be "born again" here you are implying that you can get over homosexual desires which is simply not true, conversion or reparative therapy has shown to not work. Most ex-gays that claim you can be freed of this type of thinking are not free from it. If you hear many of the ex-gays from the 90s talk about their experiences and the scandals surrounding you'd know it NEVER leaves, no matter how much you pray. I respect Christianity and other beliefs but as someone who felt the damages of repression and self-hate, I can't respect a mindset that leads people to it. If you yourself are struggling with these feelings you don't have to. Healthy gay relationships are real, and you can be happy without repressing yourself.

There is God's ultimatum. If you indulge in sin, you need to repent. If you do not, then you will not be forgiven. Desire is one thing. Actually doing it is another. Lust is a sin. Sexual immorality is a sin. Etc. We will not be perfect, however if you willfully sin, you are not saved.

@@steelrarebit7387 Matthew 12:31, Acts 16:31, Ephesians 2:8. You are incorrect. If what you are saying were true, no one would be saved, for we all stumble in many ways. This also applies to the original commenter, you don't have to stop sinning to be saved. @LordUrfael
@LordUrfael 8 күн бұрын
@Boffy-ee1dz Yes we must try to not sin. I never said we didn't. Rather, I said it isn't a requirement to get into heaven. The only requirement is that you believe in the Lord Yeshua the Messiah, commonly known as Jesus. You _can_ do whatever you want and go to heaven, but if you're truly saved, you will no longer _want_ to sin. Additionally, just because you _can_ do something, doesn't mean you _should._ For why you shouldn't continue to live in sin after salvation, read Romans 6.

Not completely, some sins from the old testament ARE still sins. When Jesus said that he wasn't there to abolish the law but to fulfill it, many people either say: -The old testament law is no longer relevant -ALL the old testament law is relevant So, whenever Jesus had a problem with the old testament (personally or through the holy spirit the was on the disciples) it was either: - Sinners punishing/hating sinners - The ceremonial law meant to separate Israel from gentiles to prepare for the messiah (who came) or forcing it onto gentiles - Taking the law literally or out of context Homosexuality falls under sexual immorality, not ceremonial law but the way it was punished was part of the ceremonial law. Ceremonial law: Something that ISN'T immoral but was done to set Israelites apart or limit interactions - Not eating certain foods - Certain clothes - State punishment - Having land for the "believers" - Certain aspects of prayer - No interracial marriage And so on...

"Love" is something tricky to define. I think you and I have very different definitions of it. Love is I know it is putting others before yourself. Being willing to sacrifice your own happiness, time, and/or money, for the benefit of others. And being loved is when others sacrifice for your sake! It has nothing to do with romance, lust, or sex so people who have same-sex attraction can still fully experience love without sinning. At least that's my understanding of it 😅 And on another note, If the Bible is true then all sin ultimately hurts us. Sin always feels good. that's why we do it. But your life will benefit if you choose Christ over your lusts. Always.

Even though Christianity teaches brotherly Love as Jesus did, most Christians are often judgmental towards those who don't share the same beliefs or who are simply different, and most Christians often don't recognize the hypocritical nature of their judgments. In this way, the Ego (the devil or Satan) has corrupted Christianity, and most Christians don't seem to recognize this or try to correct this. Instead, most Christians tend to fuel a sense of self-righteousness and superiority within themselves that too often leads to conflict with those who don't agree with them. This is not what Jesus taught! Jesus taught: Love your neighbor as yourself. No exceptions! Jesus didn't say: Love your neighbor only if he or she is like you, or Love your neighbor only if he or she is Christian, or Love your neighbor only if he or she is heterosexual. Jesus taught that our neighbor is not different than us, that everyone is the same in the eyes of God, that everyone is God made flesh and that the same kingdom of heaven is within everyone. Jesus had no intention of creating a religion, and Jesus was not involved in creating Christianity, and yet... a religion was created in Jesus' name. I just want to clarify this to those for whom Jesus' name and Christianity... seem one and the same. When Jesus took on this mission, he knew this would happen. Jesus knew that his teachings would be misused and misunderstood.
@BornAgainChris

Nowhere does Jesus state that we are all God Incarnate, neither does he say that the kingdom of heaven is within us. That's a mistranslation from the KJV and modern translations translate it as "the kingdom of God *is in the midst* of you." Jesus did come here to start a religion. You cannot overemphasize that one aspect of his teaching to love thy neighbor when that teaching itself derives from the Old Testament, he did not create it.

When Jesus was on earth, he urged people to forgive and to abstain from judgment, criticism and condemnation. Why? Because when you judge, criticize and condemn in any way, you will create barriers between yourself and others which will be difficult to remove, no matter how much you may wish to overlook everything negative in others and become friends in the future. Unknowingly, what you reject in others will remain in your mind as a foundation for future discords which will build up and eventually outweigh the affection. Unwittingly, you will say things in the future reflecting your mistrust or displeasure. Instead of accepting the weaknesses of others with unconditional love and helping them deal with and overpower their weaknesses, you will put them on their guard against you and they will never fully trust you. As a result, both of you will continue to battle each other in mind. Remember - life is like a safety box in which thoughts and feelings are deposited. Therefore, let acceptance and caring be the steel of which the box is made. When you have an encounter with someone to whom you are drawn, if only in friendship, and you discover that his past are contrary to your principles - you have the option: • to remain in contact with him, fully accepting his past, and possibly in future situations pointing out the characteristic logically and unconditionally lovingly, helping him grow, or if this is impossible, • promptly removing yourself from the situation until you can see his problems from the perspective of unconditionally loving acceptance inspired by God and you find him receptive to your principles. You must never accuse a person of acting out of sin. All human beings are sin-driven to a greater or lesser extent. Never take a stance which will humiliate another! God is not "pleased" by our behavior. We are masters of our fate in that we always "reap what we sow." All that Jesus taught is directed at giving us details of how to avoid sowing weeds in our vegetable patch - how to remain healthy, happy and prosperous.

Disputations will arise because people hold on to cherished beliefs and surrender them only with the pain experienced by those who lose their dearest possessions. Nonetheless, dear as the beliefs may be to people-they are only beliefs. They are not a sure foundation on which to build new lives. Cherished beliefs, used as talismans, emotional supports and affirmations to give strength in times of crisis, are emotionally imprinted in the subconscious, and usually incorporate in them a fear of "offending" God when contemplating moving on to some higher Truth. Unless there is a sincere longing to know the TRUTH of BEING, rather than traditional beliefs, it will be almost impossible to receive Salvation. God is aware of the struggles of Jews to live a "good life," and of Muslims to truly reverence and venerate Him throughout the day, attributing all they do and achieve to His power working on their behalf, and of Christians immersed in their beliefs of Salvation by the blood of Jesus-you are all striving to attain "goodness," but will never do so, while you remain divided by your beliefs.

No other way than him? When Jesus was living on Earth, almost nobody knew him, as he only appeared to a small amout of people, 295k years after we humans evolved in evolution. He acted in a small area while all the Earth was already full of humans. Billions and billions of people never even had the chance to know him. And after he died, this religion spread mainly over brutal military power in North Europe, in America , in parts of Asia and in Australia. Till today 2/3 of humans do not follow that religion, not because they are bad, but because they are socialized in other religions and convictions. A very bad strategy of a guy that offers the ONLY way.

@@quesostuff1009 Sounds interesting but really doesnt sound like the strategy of a god that created all universe and billions of galaxies with billions of solar systems in it. It sounds rather like a man-made invented local religion that made it to spread and needs several justifications.

@@user-hr8dx9qw4n well i think where we can agree is that God’s ways are not our own. And he has the full game plan mapped out while we humans just see bits and pieces of it. The Bible to Christians is God’s word but no way would any honest Christian say the Bible has God’s entire game plan from head to toe laid out. Rather it’s a roadmap to let us know how to get right with him I would strongly urge you to consider reading or listening to the Bible to remove doubt or speculation on this subject

@@quesostuff1009 The problem is that before YHWH was invented by the Hebrews (developed out of a storm god) 3500 years ago or before Jesus only 2000 years was on Earth, there were already gods everywhere. We have around 300 thousand gods, invented by humans and yours is just one of them. In the same way you can beliefe in the ME, the moral guide of the Sumerians , written 2000 years befire the bible and also claimed to be give by their gods.

@@user-hr8dx9qw4n like I said. I think if you investigate the biblical scriptures you’d be surprised what you find The Bible nor Christian’s would necessarily say there aren’t any other “god” like beings around. Only that he is worth celebrating and worship I would say there should be an important distinction to be made from humans making god to humans discovering God

Instead of basking in the fact that you belive your going to hell atleast have some repentace and acknowledge its a sin. (Assuming thats what your intentions ment.) Im not telling you to "Hey! Stop being gay >:(!!" Im telling you to take accountability. Everyone sins every day so its best to ask for forgiveness.

Something being "a sin" means that the christian God disapproves of that action. I believe that the Christian God disapproes of homosexual sex. Therefore, as a christian i've made the decision to never act on my own attraction towards woman. I support other christians who decided to do the same. But I understand that not everyone's goal in life is to please the christian God. So I have no issue with people making their own decisions based on their own beliefs. I don't hate lgbt people at all. I never have
