I think the general thought is that one side will try to carry their self all the way to heaven which they will ultimately fail in, and the other side trying to have Christ carry them all the way, which he won’t do. He wants us to work along side him, make mistakes, learn from them, change, and slowly work our ways to becoming perfect like him. The process will take us beyond the mortal life, but if we start now and diligently seek this, you will be saved and go to the highest heaven. Have a great day and god bless you!

Any good earthly father will teach their child the truth, encourage and love them well, and provide safety while they grow up--and God the Father is the perfect model of such power and love! Even where our parents and teachers fall short, He does not! Trust comes with experience. So if we have a hard time believing that we are saved or that God is with us, we must CHOOSE to put it to the test! We must decide: "I'm going to believe this, and declare God's Word over my life. And I'm going to seek God face-to-face, and talk to Him as a friend." Just like how we see results over time after eating healthy and working out, we will see the evidence of God's love and goodness as we seek Him intimately. Pure, simple relationship. You need to know that Jesus has actually said this: The Bible verse that says your righteousness needs to be better than the Pharisees is Matthew 5:20, which states, "For I tell you, unless your righteousness exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven." As well James: The Bible verse "faith without works is dead" appears in James 2:26 of the New King James Version of the Bible: "For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also." The passage in James 2:14-26 is about how faith without works is dead. It includes the idea that a person is justified by works and not by faith alone. The passage also includes the idea that a lack of compassion for others is a clear sign of dead faith. Ultimately, Christ saves the soul through cooperation with grace. I hate to ruin this hope for anyone to this certain degree. But yes, I admit you are correct that anyone can be saved and that sinning is going to happen from time to time, but you need to also remember that all of the law is summed up in these two commandments, love God with all heart soul and strength, and love your neighbor. The Bible verse in Matthew 25:37-40 is about people who ask the Lord when they saw him hungry, thirsty, naked, or in need and did not help him: Matthew 25:37-40 "Then the righteous will answer Him, 'Lord, when did we see You hungry, and feed You, or thirsty, and give You something to drink?
