hi. if i play ottoman empire (beacuse i picked this civilization) but i think i don't wanna play archers so i shloud change civilization or ottoman is good even for other troops? (i've got 1.300.000 power)

Well rounded skills is a gross oversimplification…and very misleading when you end the video with he’s trash. None of his skills are good, they’re OK…maybe. A, F, D, C, N/A if you rate his 5 skills. All together, he’s an amazing commander simply because he’s so bad you can skip and save for something better no matter what kind of player you are unless you’re a mega whale with 2k GH on hand or you want to skip Herman and waste 600+ heads on him as I’d argue a 5311 Herman brings more to anyone an expertise Beli Prime. Side note…who actually thought his active skill increased his rage requirement? Nobody? Ok…

I had people comment that his active skill did increase his own costs😭 btw I have said I love the fact we can skip and save and that it’s good for the meta but for the sake of time I can’t reiterate everything I have ever said in 1 video
