It failed to attract crucial foreign investment. Even Indonesia is funding this project 20% $9 billion that is so costly it needs foreign investment to complete the project..You need that China's loan but and china's but it was haulted and stuck waiting for China's investment. It's up to the next president and this is such a gamble for Indonesia for the lack of fundings.

"Santet" is a specific black magic from Javanese, we in Borneo have different type of black magic, but sometime serve the same purpose. I know it seems funny, but black magic is very common in Indonesia. You may don't see the black magic, but you can see the victim got it. Even so, what importance about new capital is its management. People use black magic when they hate us, and the new capital should not causing people to hate the program. I mean, do the program properly, and dont make any damage to the civilian house or property.

Apart from ecological & social issue, this thing is common issue for every construction project in Indo. Sure they’re some example for using superstition practices for delay the raining day (for concrete precast), offering for substructure works, and many more.
