On last question.You raised a very serious point. People are paying 5 to 10 lakhs as token amount which is very bad..I am struggling to find a flat in a under construction project..as projects are getting sold out before launching..

Too much leakage issue and parking issue in MHADA Flat. Very Low build quality. Better to buy home privately if u can afford home once only in life
