What happen to an investor deposit on off plan project when he cancel the deals because he doesn’t have the ballanceof payment

He'll get the money back usually with 10% deduction of the agreement sales price

Yes possibly if you negotiate well

Offplan project are generally higher in price because they offer long term payment plan or they are priced higher even if thr buyer wish to buy with no payment plan

Without using the payment plan and paying all cash upfront you may walk away with a slight discount. (Or a big discount) it depends on a lot of things. However paying all cash freezes your cash into an asset that is not paying you income right now and only potentially going up in value (maybe) (it depends)
