I love Byredo, they have quite peculiar fragrances. But you are right that they should be more careful with the labels since it is are an expensive brand. I think my favorite so far is Fleur Fantome, it is like the aroma of an intense and indescribable flower. Of course, I think that for some options it is enough to buy the small candle, they have quite a range.

bibliotheque is incredible when lit but i usually only get the mini size and that's enough since it has a strong throw!

The mini size is more than enough! I have a mini burning rose and I can smell it when it’s unlit

Did you ever burn your Byredo Tree House? I've been burning mine all weekend and it barely has a throw compared to other Byredo scents. Just curious what you thought of the Tree House throw.

I did and the throw on that one is great but I found the throw to be totally inconsistent for each candle

​@@candlechats I'm glad to hear you can smell Tree House. I'm so disappointed in both Woods and Tree House as I cannot smell a thing. Byredo is one of my favorite brands and I have almost tried all their candles. All of them have a strong throw. Since I purchased both Tree House and Woods togehter...makes me suspicious and maybe you are right about the inconsistency but these 2 are the first ones from Byredo I cannot smell. Oh well...

You two crack me up, love this series!! Have you tried the Jo Malone x Zara Home candles? The main line is on sale right now and the kid's scents are incredible too!! PS LOVE the amber carafe + cup in the background of this video, where is it from?

Omg I LOVE that you clocked the carafe!! I got that from a shop in LA called Prelude and Dawn but the maker is j'ai soif and a ton of shops sell it online. And I didn't know Zara had a collab with Jo Malone!!! You have me running to google haha. Are they amazing? Do I need them?

So I haven't burned all of them yet but just on cold throw the scents are diviiiine. I'm about to light Amalfi Sunray which cold smells like Nest's Amazon Lily perfume--really bright lime in the topnotes. They're definitely in line with other Jo Malone scents for sure, very fresh and pure smelling (: People on the Diptyque FB group have been raving about the scents and throw so I think they're definitely worth trying! Plus the sale doesn't hurt either haha--it's like $16 or $20 for a full sized from the main/kid's scents. I think the colorful kid's line would fit right in on your candle shelves, the packaging is really pretty.

Tree house was still my favorite. Burning rose is good but the throw is intense and bibliotheque I could barely smell at all.
