Unironically though I really regret pulling for C2 since my c0 mualani is doing twice the burst damage (900k in overworld no food buffs 😭) and that's not even accounting for her skill damage as well T_T

btw am I doing something wrong? I've used thousands of resin on emblem after getting raiden on her first banner and I still do like 40 thousand damage max...

I’ll say if it’s a play style thing, then you wanna almost always have Raiden’s skill active so that when her teammates use their elemental bursts, they’ll be buffing Raiden… So generally speaking, Raiden will 9/10 times be the last person to use her ultimate.
