There's definitely a lack of effort on the owner's part when it boiled down to artifact farming or uh, keeping maybe, idk. Since they do have a lot of insane pieces i'd say they DID farm but just threw away 99% of their artifacts which is sad. All of my characters are mediocre in terms of raw stats but they do so well on the right set/weapon and level 90. Sometimes you don't need 99 CR and 200 CD to clear abyss.

alternatively, I could also see an account like this being the result of watching too many videos and getting your expectations skewed lol. "This piece doesn't have 30+ CV?! INTO THE TRASH!!" I reckon most or maybe all my characters fall short of the 'CV standards' I sometimes see advocated on youtube but I still clear abyss fine when I try. And yeh my artifact tab looks exactly like Soluna's.... so full of spare pieces, both leveled and unleveled. Never know when you might need an offset piece with certain stats to round out a build.

i've been ar 60 for over a year and never 36*d abyss. i think my biggest problem is i have literally no interest in many of the meta characters (i think they're boring), so almost everyone i use is powercrept. (+ my artifact luck is about as bad as bennett's regular luck)

@@deadcalico It's ok, you don't need meta chars to clear the abyss. There is hardly any powercreep in genshin, chars from 1.0 like Keqing, Sucrose, Beidou, Fischl are still alive and kicking. My fav teams to 36* abyss are currently Keqing aggravate and Nilou bloom. Not Arle or Neuvilette level, but really strong still.

@@cat6th363 It definitely won't be useful for many of the sets or specific characters but Genshin actually added auto-lock function for artifacts not long ago, and you can set up 2 separate filters with different criteria - bottom left of artifact page in inventory. I have 2 of my filters just for Gilded and VV scanning for EM main stats so I don't miss them. But looking at Emblem for example, you can tell it to take substats like 'crit rate, crit dmg, ER, attack%' and then mark auto-lock if the piece has 2 of the 3-4 substats (you can make the filter stricter but it doesn't account for 3-liners so I find it a bit wonky). It might take some fiddling with the settings, and it obviously won't work backwards for the pieces you already got so treat it more as a suggestion or potential than law, but it could probably help spare you some of the artifact sorting headache

Raiden, Nahida, Layla, and Nuevilette are a WONDERFUL team and they are my main comp. Layla can be a wonderful shielder and a sheilder is essential for a c0 Neuvi. I’ve never used them in the abyss though. I’ve always put nuevi and random characters in because he solos the abyss until the last level.

I'm so glad you talked about it and included that part in the video, because it's helpful for viewers to be able to see what a good piece can look like. It doesn't have to have double crit and it's ok if it rolls into flat def. If everything else about it is great (4-line start, 3 useful stats, especially ER on emblem set), it's probably still amazing for most players.

yea as a 1.0 player, energy recharge is one of the least talked about, but one of the most important stats on many characters. theres some who dont need it but theres others where at least some ER is basically mandatory. some of my favourite artifacts are my pieces with 27% ER in substats lmfao

a lot of players really value big number more than the real amount of dmg they deal. I have been telling everyone of my friend circle who play to keep their dps crit rate at >70% if possible. ฺ But some still prefer to have low crit rate/high crit dmg anyways coz they love it when the big number show up. Actually since I have great sustains both shielders and healers I never really thought about playing with Dehya, but even tho she is weak she is still relevant and can make a difference :D Well I probably never gonna use her in the abyss, but for under the water exploration she is perfect so hp goes brrr (+ she is good in dragonspine for people who haven't completed yet) Bro has some insane artifacts but at what cost? Also strongbox can help with emblem farming, but its gonna be slower and emblem is almost good for everyone. Like I dont really like the blizzard set so I always run Ayaya with 2 blizzard + 2 emblem or +18% atk. My artifact luck is more than niche so my marechaussee pieces are questionable and so like on Xiao aswell Im using 2-2 (er-atk or atk-atk) Im changing all the time and Im not really using anymore, maybe for fun. 4 piece is fun and all but if you dont really have options consider it, kinda underrated to value sub stats over 4 piece at a certain degree. (Luckily I have some decent golden troupe atleast >

Hearing you say exile pieces can be okay on certain characters was so relieving to hear because I have my xinqiu on a 2-piece set w exile because the emblem domain HATESSS me. Emblem is in the strongbox now, if you are doing artifacts then do the golden troupe domain and strongbox the trash for emblem pieces… if your doing bosses then strongbox the trash glad and wanderer’s pieces for emblem

exile is good on support units who do little to no dmg in energy hungry teams, like gorou. technically it's fine on xq cuz his main job is app,, but he's a dmg dealer, exile is not recommended. go 2pc eosf/no/atk%/hydro dmg%

Ive been ar60 for a while now. I mostly can clear the abyss. But sometimes the enemy rotations just counter my account. So ill try and get 33 stars. Abyss is a nice tester and when your account is suited for it. It feels like you’re a god. But i dont play genshin to min max. For heavens sake, my fave characters are Tighnari and Lisa I like the story, the characters, and most importantly the fantasy of genshin. If i can squeeze as many freemogems from abyss as i can thats an added bonus.

I first cleared thanks to an abyss guide video where they tell you what teams to bring, where to run first and which enemies to focus on first (like when one of them is ranged and the other melee or when they have those pets that make them stronger). Even now I like to check out the current abyss guide on game8. I also learned to plan and memorize my rotations before going in 👍 It does take some practice so don't beat yourself up over it

Checkout the likes of Zajef’s abyss/meta roundup guides. (Theres definitely other creators making stuff on it hes just the main one I learned from in the past) Any good guide will take an individual abyss and discuss different team formats/strategies to be able to deal with it. Most abyss cycles actually allow for a good amount of player control, do a degree that “skill issues” end up being more of a knowledge check about the games (and notably enemies) mechanics

i am an active player thats AR 59,5. I've never 36 starred the abyss. EVER. max stars i got was 31. my problem is the fact that I'm f2p (i bought a single welkin sue me) and i dont have the godlike artifacts you can get by resin refilling. my friends call me the DEF archon. ever seen a 25% Def sub stat? yeah. my max damage on the account is 144k. Okay from some experienced genshin players, I need some help with my account. I’m getting a decent amount of Primos and have been saving for a while (low spender normally) and I main 2 teams Freeze (ayaka, shenhe, sucrose and kokomi) and vaporize team (hutao, xingqui, bennet, and sometimes raiden or sucrose. I started fixing up my account two years ago. It was AR55, zero characters properly built and never went deeper than floor 6 in the Abyss. I currently sit at 37 build characters and a respectable streak of 36 stars. Fixing up my account, sitting down to understand how to build who, how the mechanics of elemental reactions work and teambuilding has honestly been a blast and pulling my account from the mud to an honestly very well maintained status was so insanely satisfying even though it took a long time of daily work

there's a fixed amout of exp you can get in a day from comms and resin, quests are finite,, the amount of exp to get from 55 - 60 is more than from 1 - 55. unless you farm 6 unusual hillichurls daily, it will take about a year and a half

Try to get blizzard strayer artifacts, and good weapons can be mistsplitter reforged, or Haran geppaku futsu. Building her as a main dps rather than a support is how I’d go about it, and make sure she has good crit, attack and energy recharge.

f2p weapon options are amenoma and the fontaine craftable. check kqm for their ayaka guide (they make good guides on every genshin unit)

The build he changed to is 64/240, which is 100/240 Therefore, a better build than 86/300

Its not bad, the main issue was actually just not getting his burst back tbh. I didnt do the math on it or anything, but I suspect the avg dmg output of the 64/260 build I switched to was either better or very similar, plus had more ER. I definitely felt the lower cdmg build was more comfortable to play, all in all

I actually prefer 50/300 to 64/260 due to Crit Card(s) in Abyss not overcapping you. Not talking about the ER issue though.

My account is AR59, not half way through that yet, but i also haven't been able to 36 star the Abyss, even though I've tried multiple times to. I've been thinking that i just don't play as well as i shouos for it, but then again, i also don't have that cracked of crit, probably my most well built character is Wanderer, who is apparently top 3% according to the akasha website, probably second vest built is my Ayaka.

You watch Soluna videos so you should have an idea of how to build characters… then it comes down to practicing over and over with your teams to learn and tighten up your rotations

28:00 A lot of Neuvi balls were expiring. Best to Neuvi e to start cooldown > set up buffs > Neuvi CA > burst or skill > CA then refresh buffs as needed. You might run out of VV buff right at the end, but it will give you 1-2 more CAs and be a lot more damage overall

"not farmed enough artifacts" It's not like artifact farming nearly every day, for more than 2 years means that a player automatically gets the best possible artifacts for 2 full teams for Abyss... And don't get me started on the RNG of 5-stars, and the (im)possibility of best-in-slot weapons...

my acc is pretty old and cooked lmao I came back for the 5.0, after dropping the game in inazuma, while having "whaled" to some extent but I didnt build sht right, tons of leftover stuff I needed to do and never did, and now that I am coming back my account needs so much work catching up to be "good"... I *just* hit ar58 as I came back, like 3 days deep, was interesting, but my characters and also understanding of mechanics are just scuffed so I do poorly (it is on me and my hands to some extent at this point, rather then just having left myself in a bad situation, also no arti exp or mora or exp books when I left, so... oops, left myself even deeper in the hole) edit: yeah, I too have thrown away a LOT of "meh" artifacts, especially for some sets I shouldnt have given up the pieces for :/

It's easy to reach ar 60 than building your characters artifact. I'm already at Ar55 i play for month only ahahaha i only do is roaming around looking for chest very day I don't even finish archcon quest

Going from AR55 to AR60 is about 3 times as much ARXP as going from AR1 to AR55. Even from AR55 to AR57 takes more than AR1 to AR55. As you play, you explore the world and open some chests, do quests, etc. There's a lot of one-time ARXP sources that you use up a lot more of at the start of the game than you will later on, simply because they're not aviable anymore Good luck and have fun on the rest of your journey to AR60, but don't take the finite ARXP resources too much for granted, progress will slow down from here

I dont recall if I cut out mention of it, but yeah its possible they just havent done much artifact farming. The difference between AR55 and AR60 is massive though lol. An AR55 account is closer to AR0 than it is AR60, time investment wise (450k XP to AR55 vs 1.9 million XP to AR60). In this videos case, the account had enough good artifacts that it told me they had spent a significant amount of time/resin in artifacts, to the degree that if they had all of these cracked pieces, they should have some less cracked/unleveled pieces as well, hence all the artifact rambling lol

Nah, that Neuvillette needs WAY more HP. He can do without ER (or with little ER) but he needs more HP. Get rid of some crit dmg and get some HP in there. - respectfully, a Day1 AR60 Neuvillette main and simp.

Soluna has too much un-rolled pieces xD Usually at some point u get so much art exp and ur standarts are so high so u fully lvl only small amount, and roll any potentials immediately. And the things u roll - 95% of them die strait on lvl 4 so u use it to roll next one. Me myself tho, i have around 20 artifacts that are between lvl 4 and 20, but they are crazy ass weird, probably will never need them buuut. (Keeping them for that "buuut")

I think to 36 star, u either shoulf at least basic knowledge on theoryceafting and team building or just be whale. Investment is an issue if only you are low AR, and playing on mobile isn't even a problem since I play mobile, been 36 star'ing ever since I hit AR 53 or 54.

im 57 now i got 33 stars ..the mistake we make buildind every charcter instead of build characters for two teams or three teams ..just build 10 characters with good artifact leveled up weapon ..thats it ..there r ppl clearing abyss with only 2 4star characters..lol..its abt the build and team
