Cade already bumped his averages to 24-7-9 and dropped 15 assists tonight. 3rd most triple doubles in the league definitely don’t hurt.

Really annoys me how NBA fans pretend that the Pistons have never been good. 10 teams have won titles this century, the Pistons are one of them. They dominated the Eastern Conference for a decade while having the single best defensive team in league history during that time. Pistons have more titles than 80% of the league and every single time they've won a title they've ended at least one dynasty along the way.

Detroit is the best place for him actually

Man watching Cade I don’t think many players compare, amazing scorer can shoot, create space and a really good finisher around the rim, amazing passer always looking for the open guy and he’s also a good defender as a 6’8 pg makes winning plays on both ends of the floor. If he was on a contender or got another star around him he’s the mvp no doubt in my mind. Think about how he’s doing all this while constantly being the main defensive focus of opposing teams. With other starts it’ll open the floor for him… I don’t even know what his ceiling could be..

As long as he is healthy this Pistons team will continue to grow and get better. If you watch them this year they are actually a solid team most of their losses just come from maturity issues or not taking their opponents seriously. The future is bright. I think one more pick and Ivey’s continued maturity is all this team needs to leap into a top team in the East

@@burgerjoemama I somewhat see your point. However, the Detroit Pistons and Orlando Magic are totally different teams with their own chemistry. The Magic are winning more games while the Pistons are still learning but playing competitively in their games with a decent season record, unlike the previous year. So, it's unfair for you to make that type of comparison between the two. Also, this Pistons organization had changed a lot by firing Monty Williams and Troy Weaver which was a huge relief for a lot of Pistons fans including myself. Cade Cunningham will do fine with his current team, so I don't see him leaving at this point.
