You are not seeing the synergy with Blue Marvel Bro! He makes all your card 3 power and he is 3 power. Cerebro still buffs everything.

For some reason I had it in my head that Blue Marvel would shut off the Cerebro buff. Oops. I guess that's what I get for filming these so early in the morning lol.
