Might, this is brilliant! I want you to make a video in which briefly tell about the career as Surgical Technologist like what study opportunities they have like from Surgical tech to CST, CSFA and PA. Make a video on different kinds of certification to registered and different other certifications they can pursue to boost their level!

Thank you for breaking this down. It took me 3 times to pass this certification granted I'm not a very good test taker. Finally passed in 2019. Thinking about changing careers next year. But I didn't know about this other certification! I'll Definitely look into the other one for future reference. Thanks for the advice and for putting this out there for other people who may be struggling with passing and financial support.

Hey I’m currently in a cbspd course. And I started learning a difference between the HSPA and CBSPD. Currently working with the 7th edition book they made us buy. Is it possible I can pass cbspd exam with hspa book and study guide?

Many techs have passed CBSPD using HSPA manuals. But keep in mind the CBSPD test is going to be a 50/50 chance you’ll pass. There is no reason you can’t finish your “CBSPD Course” and take the HSPA certification instead.

@@thesterileguy Yessir! I am awaiting a phone call from them now. I just wanted to be sure I could get an externship that would help get me hired in an offsite SPD or Hospital. I’d like to hit the ground running and be in a leadership position in the next 2-3 years. I don’t want to chill in a Dental Center 😅
