Yeah! Even before I knew how dumb girls are I didn’t care about their opinions of me. Understanding female nature made me care less about what they think of me.

I'm a 6'4 amateur boxer in decent shape and not that bad looking but I basically had gynophobia because of not being social in high school. Basically I didn't speak to any girls and I was in a terrible friend group that bullied me since I had a growth spurt and when I was chubby at like 11 meaning I was stuck in my head about everything if a girl even looked at me I nearly had a heart attack it was that bad. Thank God for boxing because I got my confidence from fighting people when I was around 16/17 and now I just don't care anymore. I went from eternal fear to indifference to women I'd rather paint 40K and fight people then speak to women through no fault of their own. Life is just so much better when you don't care and being in your head is when you care to much and try to be goofy or looksmax because your obsessed with women's affection but are also scared of speaking to them. You will never be happy like that and happiness is the only reason you should want women. torturing yourself is when you are stuck in your head, my relationships with women have barely changed but now I'm as happy as can be because I changed how I viewed life. In conclusion, don't be stuck in your head just stop caring and live life to the fullest.

Yeah some people think not wanting to be in relationship is a cope and that you're missing a valuable part of the human experience, but I feel like it's saving you a boat load of headaches in certain cases. It is what it is.

I can’t relate to incels. I still struggle with girls even though I am a Chad and yet I am happier being single than in a relationship. I only consider dating if I think the girl could be a good mother to my potential kids. Otherwise they are a waste of time.
