Thank you Dr Klaper and Dr Burns. I infrequently view strong advocacy for animals outside of animal activist channels. 👏👏

Thank you. It’s so hard for me to watch and hear about how these animals are treated so cruelly

I have caused enough suffering in my life, and would not eat another animal or animal product again, even if it were found to be health-promoting. Info on the disease-promoting aspects of these foods just cements my resolve to avoid them. Thank you so much for continuing to bring us these wonderful guests. You and your guests provide such a valuable service and are an inspiration to us all.

Excellent talk! Now red meat is advertised as the healthiest food and most nutrients dense!!! It’s no longer a fear food 😢 even butter and fat starts to be a health food!

It depends- if compared to pork 'nd beef, then chicken and fish is a health food. If compared to eggs 'n dairy (despite cholesterol), it's not. And even more so, if you compare it to unfractioned plant food.

Yes! You can read some Anthony William books to know other reasons why eggs are not good for you
