I live in the Southern USA and am surrounded by Evangelicals who are Christian Zionists, and its some bizarre stuff. They are far removed from the Bible, essentially all the Jews have to gather in Israel to fulfill some prophecy, then Jesus is going to come scoop up the Evangelicals and take them to heaven, and everyone else goes to hell, including the Jews, They call it "The Rapture" and you can kind of get how they mistranslated everything. I should add sermons are usually Republican politics, like pro-Trump. They believe Jesus lives in their heart because they asked him in and that is being "saved", and after that they don't have to do much, all their sins are forgiven, so why not sin. They also do weird stuff like act like Jesus helped them pick out clothes, prayer is usually self serving.

I've been looking for this for so long. THIS professor clearly elucidates the situation. I was at a Christmas market recently at an Episcopalian Church and one of the artists who was selling her goods was a Christian of some sort and she said she imbued all of herself artwork with a cross. The slanted line was only sort of vertical but not exactly and the horizontal looks be was not really at a 90° angle. I emailed her a question about the painting but I realized only later that she must have been a Christian evangelist and that's why she's not responding to my email & said nothing asI explained the tragedy of the Christian and Jewish zionists SHE actually imbued the silk paintings&- not with Grace and not with Christ-- but with evil and so I'm trying to remove her negative energy which she contends is holy!! God Almighty created us and hard-wired us with a message upon our creation: you shall worship Me and Me alone and stay away from associating others with Me, and keep clear of the devil who is your clear enemy. But unlike the Christians who follow the religion of Paul (Jesus never started a religion), we stick to the First Commandment. Like those before you. Don't know why you didn't get the memo.... I just ran across this and this is the reason why I left the church. I stay home I believe in the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Moses I don’t even wanna be called a Christian I rather be called a gentile, who believe in Jesus Christ as her Savior believe in the God of Abraham, Moses ,Isaac and Jacob ,Jesus said do not add to or take away from the Bible and that’s what’s going on today. Very few Jews have any ethnic connection to the region. So WHY was Israel planted in Palestine? The real answer isvery simple - US Foreign Policy interests. Israel was fostered by the United States as a means to seize influence in the Middle East (read about how Resolution 181 was railroaded through the UN by the US). Discussing the problem of Israel as if it were a religious problem is a complete misunderstanding of the realities. Israel exists WHOLLY because it serves US imperialism and as soon as it doesn't it will collapse. End of story.
