Connor is beyond done. He’s been done for years at this point, the second Dustin snapped his leg it was over for Connor and he was never coming back from that. And even if he does eventually make it to a fight he will never perform the same. The only thing that bothers me about Connor these days is I wish he would stop his fake tough guy persona because he’s clearly not about it anymore and it’s actually embarrassing. I’m almost embarrassed for him, it’s like seeing that guy from high school saying “I could’ve gone pro” but Connor did take it to the top, he just can’t shut up about it and assumes we all live in the past like he does.

Chandler is also waiting to fight connor, by his own decision. Dudes one of the better known names, and is good at fighting. He could easily get a fight with a ranked apponentbthe second he stops waiting for connor. I assume chandler is worried that if he signs a fight today, connor could be better tomorrow, and then someone else gets the fight. It could also be connors last fight, so chandler only has one opportunity to fight him, and if he signs a fight with someone else then chandler has to hope connor waits for chandler, which wouldnt happen. So if he wants to secure his fight with connor then he kinda just has to wait, or risk someone else getting the fight since he probably doesnt know when connor will be good. Its a gamble... But hes been thinking that every day for a while now unfortunately. Its not worth it anymore, but hes still waiting.

@Chael Sonnen all of this was relevant right up until the point McGregor Vs, Chandler fight was rescheduled. I saw about 2.5 hours ago Chandler confirmed their fight has been booked for December which is UFC 310. I myself feel Conor had a substance abuse problem, but from what I have noticed about him & his behavior in the last week or two he actually looks sober. I only had a problem with what happened if he took the fight and then dropped out with no intention of following through with-it leaving Chandler in the wind. Uncle Chael my friend I think he might make you eat those last words you spoke at the end of this video. If Conor does not see UFC 310 through, then as far as I am concerned his MMA career is done.

I can NOT tell you how I’ve been waiting for a video like this!! After watching that one movie he was in, and the fact that he cancelled a huge fight because of hims wittle toe having a boo-boo!

He 100% should be done. Hes nowhere near the person he used to be mentally. But mainly his cardio has to be completely spent from the alcohol and very clearly not pushing himself like a top level martial artist every day. Definitely has a punchers chance against Chandler but if he doesn’t KO him in the first round he’s gonna get the piss beat out of him on the ground.

Thing is, he has no incentive for taking a fight. What exactly he can accomplish by fighting chandler? He is rich enough so that he don't have to worry about money anytime soon. I don't believe him or anybody saying that he or she is doing it for the love of the game. Funny this line always comes from well endowed fighters. Connor's comeback only profits Dana. Not Connor for he has nothing to gain from it.

It benefits his ego. Conor has never been the same after that loss to Khabib. That loss has been a bitter one to swallow. Losing to Poirier back 2 back, has embarrassed him. He doesn't want to go out like that, EGO

@@eaglesoar1236 - ego. One of the greatest enemies of humanity. It'll cause the downfall if left unchecked. Ever since his loss to khabib, he became too unhinged. It reached a point, to me it became impossible to differentiate which is a work, which is not.

Conor vs Chael for the Mega BMF belt. I’m calling it for Chael by coherent clapbacks. 😂

Connor is getting High and being like "Fook yeah I'm fighting" Then comes down and is like "I can't fight that guy" Lol. Connor is living life like a RockStar right now!!! He doesn't need to fight!!!

Thats why Khabibs gym can finally fight in the UFC. No more USADA

Conor did what he wanted. Rose to the top, got some belts, got some money. Now he’s done and that’s ok. The only thing annoying about it is debating whether he’s going to come back and repeat the same level of success. The answer is no.

There's only two scenarios where I could honestly see Conor fighting again. 1. I could see him coming back for the Diaz trilogy. 2. I think he would fight Chandler if the ufc invented a new belt and put it on the line. It could be a new division, 160, 165 etc. The division would honestly not even have to exist after the fight. I think the prospect of being the first 3 division ufc champion would lure McGregor back. Especially if he wouldn't have to do anything to earn the title shot. And more importantly, knowing what becoming a triple champ would ultimately do for his bank account. McGregor also sees Chandler as a stylistically favorable match up. Plus Chandler is 40, so Conor probably sees him as being past it. All music to McGregor's ears

hes also nearing the end of his contract which is a huge incentive to fight.

The real question is… does ANY ONE CARE IF Conner fights again? Conner has tarnished his image so bad that I think it’s safe to say…. NO ONE WANTS HIM BACK

they're waiting for Nate to re-sign with the UFC as he's the only realistically beatable guy for this version of Conor who'll be a solid B side (A side really if he's fighting anyone not named Conor) and guaranteed post and pre fight media money gold mine regardless of his record instead of fighting Chandler who he might lose to because of the grappling who's drawing power has gone cold due to waiting for so long and is coming off a loss

Chandler would regain his starpower easily with a highlight finish.
