@@slimshady7625 You could say there is derivatives and integrals but often calculating exact values is too expensive. ML is more about autoencoders, perceptrons , decision trees, clustering, PCA, Bayes' classifier and so on... You should know and understand basic math notation first

I don’t agree with remembering machine learning algorithms and the math behind them. If you fully understand the underlying principles behind each algorithm and are able to answer the questions of why and how we use each algorithm, we barely have to remember them. While you can memorize pros and cons of each algorithm and how they work, if you don't truly grasp the underlying concept, I will not consider hiring some who can't explain how it works under the hood.
