Send "costco" to 844,624,0991 for details! 3. What should we put on the walls of the new studio? Give us some creative ideas

Wish to have Eddie more in the podcast. Eddie asked mature, deep serious questions whilst Jeremy asked funny, cheerful and more straight forward questions. This made the podcast run so smoothly. The topic of spending quality time after work is so important for the team. Hope workaholic Jeremy will take note of this. Good for him and his team too. 😊

I understand what they’re saying about dating in LA but I feel like they don’t take into account the social environments they are in. They seemed to be describing women who are/want to be influencers and that’s where their issue lies tbh. That also ties into Jimmy wishing his friends would hangout more. If most of his friends are influencers/KZbinrs then of course they are gonna focus on making content. Being someone who’s from LA and not an influencer, I can say I’ve experienced the opposite. In LA it just depends on the type of circles you hang around
@gaymer-j
@gaymer-j 4 ай бұрын
Facts, people think LA is one way and it's always people from the entertainment business or who want to be in the entertainment business. They forget outside of that bubble are being who's families have been there for even thousands of years, who are rooted there, who work and go to school and not seek to be in the limelight. Because they are influencers, that's is who they are meeting - transplants like themselves.

my personal opinion- i think most americans have a really screwed conception of dating and relationships, they came up with all sorts of concepts that just make everything more difficult- situationships, talking stages, dating more people at a time, sneaky links, no commitment. logically, you date because you want to find someone to be in a relationship with, but now you're so afraid of picking the wrong person to make it official with, that you would rather do relationship stuff with a person or more for more weeks/ months and have no label. how it worked years ago and how i think it should still work- you go out with one person for a few weeks and decide if you genuinely like them (hence you get official with them), or not really (you break things off). i've met many american men that say they want a more traditional & pragmatic girl, but once they find her, they don't know how to act, they start playing games. everybody wants a real connection, we're all human, but not many people know how to behave to find one

The thing is, men want it easy like it was before. You make money, you get a wife of your choosing. black and white. Now, because women have more autonomy, men have to do a more work - since women can make their own money. So they go to 3rd world countries to have it easy once again.

That statement about "Nice Guys" finishing last. Is all kinds of wrong. Nice Guys don't finish last, they're not even in the competition. They're in the Development League, that no one is watching while the females are at the NBA Playoffs seeing who's gonna be the champ.

I agree with Eddie on the whole locked-in thing. It's tough to be locked in professionally and maintaining friendships/relationships simultaneously. It is very possible but it requires effort and understanding from both sides. I have a very close friend that Im so locked in with and have been for years. We haven't hung out ever and really only saw each other in grade school. However, we've kept in contact, text very regularly, and everything. We are both very focused on our goals and getting where we want to be in life so we have a mutual understanding of one another's personal focus when those times come where we don't speak or hang out or anything like that. It's never personal but we both know what we want out of life and are putting in the work to get there. He does a better job of having that work-life balance than I do but yeah lol. Overall, a work-life balance is important to have to some degree though.

the itis just means you ate so good that you get sleepy. commonly when you eat soul food, you get that way. the mac n cheese, yams, greens, chicken. you can get it from a christmas dinner or thanksgiving. it sticks to you. it's just slang. not ebonics. it's not offensive. but yes black people came up with the term. you're welcome, your resident black internet dude.

I think everywhere, regardless of where a person lives, they will always think it's better somewhere else. Like, yeah you can look around your country or your city and say "it's so much better in Canada, its so much better in Colombia" meanwhile you have people in Canada that want to move to the Unites States. Maybe some people from Colombia look at the Unites States as if it's some Utopia. The reality of it is that we all just want to experience other places an we just build them up to be so much better than our own homes.

Interesting how the younger generation are doing what older generation first gen immigrants or American military have done for decades - flash the US passport and US dollar. And now they think they scored...... in 2nd and 3rd world countries.... If you can't compete in the 1st world, you move a step below. (not that the people are beneath US, I'm speaking in regards to economically). Low hanging fruit to capture your prey. rather than put in your work here in US. immigrant families know of this

I have no issues dating in the states, however over the past 5 years I just have no interest in American women anymore. The culture has been so polluted and it seems you can’t find a woman over 25 without 20 bodies cause it’s now just what it is. In other cultures family and accountability are very strong. Many countries I’ve been to feel like places I would fight to protect. I don’t feel that here anymore. Sure there are great women here still, but having to do all the work to sift through so many girls to finally find a woman with values is just too much work for someone with a life like mine. I run my own business, have my dream car, have a top tier physique in the top 5% easily, and I’m not ugly by any means. With dating I will choose the path of least resistance. And that happens to be in 8 other countries I can think of off the top of my head.

Lmao Eddie sounds super cold at 1:12:00 "you need to be locked in". Understandable that everyone has goals and you are adults who have to support yourselves financially but what's all the hard work gonna be worth 10-15 years down the line when you're super "successful" but have no friends or family because the pursuit of goals/money led you to fully neglect everyone in your life? What's the point of working towards that good life is its gonna be spent alone
