Genuinely curious, don’t the chosen people of God believe firmly that they and no one else are the chosen people of God? And that you can’t just become a chosen person of God, it’s an ethnic thing that goes all the way back to that particular tribe? Just a comment on the litmus test thing. Why would a group who says, “we are the chosen tribe and no one can ever join us” act surprised when other tribes say, “ok well you can’t join us either”?

For those too stupid to understand what it means, Judaism brought monotheism into the world, and were "chosen" to keep their covenant with God through their religious observance. It has nothing to do with your simpleton accusations or your bigotry. To be ethnically Jewish one has to have a Jewish parent. Judaism welcomes converts but does not proselityze. Jews make up less than 2 percent of human population and roughly 0.5 percent of England.

What if, at a population level, a certain group actually does have particular traits? Genetics is a thing, as is culture, as is ideology. What if, as a group, there are measurable differences in impulse control, or IQ, or violence? Is it racist to cite facts? Is it racist to express a personal preference? Most importantly, who gets to decide where the line gets drawn? Why not allow the maximum of free speech? Put every premise under the stress test of examination, and let the marketplace counter bad ideas with better ones?

Of course there is an outrageous double standard over all of this, indicating that virtue signalling totally outranks clarity of thought. Is it not racist that villains in Hollywood films regularly have English accents? No-one really gets too bent out of shape about it, but when Russian dramas have given the villains Ukrainian accents it adds to the atmosphere of legitimacy that then enables a barbaric fascist invasion of that nation. Conversely a person expressing the view that Islam is a stew of terrible ideas will be labelled 'islamophobic ' even though the ethnicity of its adherents is absolutely not the issue.
