Sad part is the scaling of this Dino. If you do a 150 tame desola vs a 150 tamed terax it’s no contest for the terax.

Because of its rage mechanic, when Evo Giga is enraged, it'll increase its health recovery, at same time, its hunger will drastically reduce, similar to Daeodon and Carchar, that's why it poops a lot, Daeodon and Carchar also poop a lot when they're using their healing abilities (Daeodon for healing aura, Carchar for bloodrage)

i honestly really like the design but the abilities are a bit of a letdown tbh, i know you can only do so much with generic theropods like this one but i was hoping for a bit more than just another fancy giga with a custom taming method. That said it is the devs first mod and theres always room for improvements, i just hope this isnt a one and done thing like a lot of new creatures in ASA are.

I love the design and the concept immensely but the default attack animation is hurting it especially when it’s boxing the evo giga with it’s stunning attack animations that said it’s still leaps and bounds better than any put into the default game lol dreadnoughtus is a prime example of something brand new that wildcard themselves can’t animate well all in all tho absolutely love desalo I predict pretty far down the line the animations will be touched up a bit but as as a whole the overseers experiments will be a must have to modded servers imo

I think this is the mod devs first custom creature and they did a really great job on it. The dread has such a great design but is let down by the animations. I see what they were going for but it doesn't fully work. The mod dev seems like they have many plans for the mod so I agree with them most likely going back over the animations. It's a great mod and I'm excited to see what else comes with it.

I think the dread is animated like that on purpose it's a slow bit hits HARD, and its animations convey it. Unless I'm mistaken and you mean something else

There was no reason for the Terax not to win. Are you sure each combatant spawns with the same level, and there is no tempering with the stats?

Yes i am sure both combatants were at an equal level 1 at full health. The health difference at level is crazy tho Desola has around 20k hp while Terax has 2.5k it's a big difference. But at max level Teraxititan becomes alot stronger than Desola

Super cool, would like the animations to be a bit more polished. Seems like that department is pretty lacking, attacking is very dull and rigid compared to the other mods. Design and modeling is great. 7.5/10

I believe it's connected to what your max level on the server is. I have 150s as max level so mine come out as 225s. You might have to change your difficulty setting. I hope that helps 🙏🏽

Why is tamed paleo giga have 2500hp?

They start out at lower health but they get more health as they level up so they don't end like vanilla gigas and barely change health.

Its a sad shame of a dino but if you do a 150 giga and a 150 desola the giga wins by 4k hp but for some reason the giga bugs and its bite wont hit the desola sometimes its a broke dino the desola hopefully the modder fixes it
