@@NeverStopTRK Let's say cargo was a fruit in Pre-ripe state (still green). Busy road Route planned by the dispatcher took 5 days longer, which ripened the fruit. And now a supermarket will not accept it because they have reception requirement that it needs to be non-ripe. So the goods has no recipient all of a sudden. who should pay for the lost fruit?

​@@NeverStopTRKif the dispatch forgets to set an appointment for delivery but it was required and told him from the broker, than driver has to deliver next day and gets paid from company for a layover with an amount let's say 150 dollars, what would your judgement be fir that situation?
