I get those customers on the outskirts sometimes but almost never in the metro, no one in metro even looks when if anything the long offers are far more painful there, they just presume the place is next door and they never found it themselves

I primary drive Uber on surge pay on nearly all my deliveries. I don’t do door dash unless it’s some type of extra pay. I usually get an incentive every two months. Then I accept every offer until I reach my goal. Then I’m done driving for door dash until I receive another incentive.

I am using one trick to avoid such long trips and also it does not affect your AR, go to the restaurant, and click on store is having long wait time, after 10 min it will allow you to unassigned the order without any affect on your AR.. that's it. 😜😜😜

10 miles that depends what the pay is and how long it takes.. like I like to say not all miles are created equal.. if the pay is 27$ or more and I can get the order done from time of accept to back to my starting point then yes I do it all day.. if not 27$ or more than no way and if it takes longer than a hr forget it..

Volume is key to making a living in this business. You need to to keep your mileage low and volume of orders high. Shouldn't be doing anything more than 4-5 miles at my ax per ride.

I actually like it but outside late night i mostly swore it off because it seems to make my algorithm think i love 10 mile plus offers since ill take them on ebt, but if im low enough AR then its better then sitting around, just have to overdo AR so when i hope off i have enough room to say no to all the crazy long offers

@@user-jc4gg5bb5v some do, and some don't. Our biggest complaint has always been, that doordash does not pay us enough ... EBT/PBT whichever way you want to say it, solve that issue. The ten mile trip that you drive very safely and slow, becomes more or less in my zone, becomes a 1 hour trip for $16.75. if the customer does tip then add that on. If the customer does not tip, it is still much better than those seven dollar 10 me trips you get on the other side of doordash. If I could share screenshots here I would.
