I miss when DreamWorks shows used to be cool with everyone. All Hail King Julien used to be loved for what the show was trying to do. Dragons Edge to the Race was a perfect middle ground between the first two movies. Trollhunters used to have a fanbase. Voltron Legendary Defender and She-Ra changed animated reboots for the better. Nowadays, all of those shows are either just talked about with distain, the fact that the fanbases sucks, or how Mort said all of his wives are dead, even though he himself said that most of his wives are dead. Yeah DreamWorks shows are not the same as they used to be.

You're right! For one All Hail King Julien was Amazing. I've always been a huge fan of King Julien's character. They hit it on the mark with him. I also loved the penguins of madagascar series. The Madagascar franchise was good maybe didnt need the 3rd and a rumore were getting a 4th. It just feels like they're not making shows for longevity anymore. It's like a cash grab a quick and done. I just wish more time was spent you know?

After watching The Bad Guys a year ago and then also watched Orion and The Dark 2 weeks ago? I already decided to take a permanent hiatus from DreamWorks until further notice after shifting my interests to Paramount and Legendary because of the GxK: The New Empire,Transformers One, and Sonic 3 movies that I'm looking foward to and when watching those 2 movies already was the last time I'd watch any DreamWorks movie ever because I didn't care for Teenage Kraken nor that I even cared about Trolls 3 since I never really liked the Trolls franchise to begin with (*even tho' "One More Time" from Anthony Ramos is the only song I liked from that horrible franchise.) due of how annoying it's The Last Wish-obsessed elitist fanbase was when all they ever do is use that annoying "Box Office" excuse crap just to make fun of normal and sane Disney and Pixar fans like me when all I did after watching Disney's Once Upon A Studio short was watch my old childhood favorites and guilty pleasures from Disney like every Winnie the Pooh movie and the ones from the late 90s,2000s, and early 2010s since I didn't care much for Turning Red,Lightyear, or Elemental since usually I was more interested in seeing Elio in 2025 while also Luca in theaters in March. Besides, in truth, The Last Wish,that A Little Wild spinoff, and the upcoming Kung Fu Panda 4 have even caused me to care less about the Shrek,Madagascar, and Kung Fu Panda franchises now since their elitie fanbases was also one of the many reasons why I'm feeling abit done with DreamWorks. I'd rather also keep watching DreamWorks' short-lived 2D and Aardman movies like Spirit and The Curse of The Were-Rabbit along with their Netflix shows like Voltron: Legendary Defender and DinoTrux for the rest of my life than to waste my time on that The Last Wish-obsessed mess that the DreamWorks 3D movie bandwagon has become lmfao.

My theory is that they just put together the first two episodes of the show to just make one movie for advertise the show. Maybe one day we'll get an actual good Megamind sequel. Who knows.

Don't say that, I mean there are some movies that weren't exactly hits, although the internet and Box Office lied to everybody, just like how they lied about Spirit Untamed, Ruby Gillman, even the Madagascar franchise, were bad when they weren't, they also lied about Turbo, Shark Tale, and Bee Movie also being a failure, and I don't know how or why? Like, what went wrong with the third and fourth Shrek movies, The Boss Baby, Home, and the second Trolls movie, although some movies (The Boss Baby, Home, and Captain Underpants, or anything else) shouldn't necessarily be made/existed, and this doesn't give Hollywood the right to lie to people by making good things worse/terrible to make money.

Looks like Dreamworks and Disney are all on the same boat, I think. I'm not 100 percent but someone might back me up if I'm right. Netflix in my area The Philippines there's a lot of 20th Century Fox and Fox Searchlight Pictures films including Dreamworks films together with 20th Century Fox gave me a strong probability that Disney buying those Fox studios aren't helping Disney and there's a possiblity Disney might or will sell those studios back to Fox. Let's see, the future can be full of uncertainties. For Dreamworks looks like things are going so well as you stated but let's see what happens. Like I said, the future can be full of uncertainties.
