Thanks a million! Depends on your budget 😊 Marina Gate and Cayan Tower are really cool but expensive. As for towers avoid, we would recommend really doing your due diligence on the older towers as many of them have continuous issues that needs to be renovated. Some of them also have really small windows.

The only place that could take over marina over time is jabel ali marina but it will take time like maybe 40/50 years.. meanwhile marina will remain the place to be in Dubai because is the most urbanized one and also has all the things required for a place to be loved and enjoyed by normal people

Marina Jebel Ali has not been mad official yet from our understanding but you can clearly see on Google maps that something is being constructed 😊 As you say, it will take a long time before it will be created. Creek Harbour and Rashid Yachts and Marina are possible other locations that we believe can act as a substitute for Marina. Keep an eye out for next weeks vid on Rashid

@ it may be but i really dont see marina to lose its appeal anytime soon because i mean is not just the marina itself but rather the fact that it has JBR, blue waters jlt and the palm close by with both tram and metro available with many roads connecting to anywhere easily with many many things going on so basically it is the most urbanized area of the city and this competitive advantage will stay for long.. creek harbour is isolated same as the rashid marina both of course are nice places but not exciting as marina is

Marina and JBR were cool 10 years ago but today they became crappy and congested. A concrete jungle with little green. Downtown or Dubai Creek Harbor with its waterfront and green community are definitiv the better pics nowadays.

If you work close by is a wonderful place to live..of course if u need to drive to get wherever u have to it may be annoying but still anywhere in Dubai u ll have issues with traffic

@@landoincu5321 100% you’ll need to take traffic in account and at what time you are travelling where. Lucky for us, we work fully remote so we have the luxury of mostly avoiding big traffic issues
