JLT is a 4.5 * region, mate. It is like an exurb around big cities. You get everything you want within walking distance: a rather quiet residential area (JLT itself), bustling Marina/JBR across the bridge, two metro stations taking you straight to your beloved city center. And if you are not living to spend money you find your office job site there as well. Top location.

The extreme traffic in Dubai Marina/JBR makes it almost unlivable. Every time you wanna leave or get in your building by car its gonna take a long time. Dont you have that problem?

Would you say Dubai Creek / Emaar Beachfront is more for families/older people? I've been looking to move to Dubai for some time now and I'm oscilating between Dubai Creek and Marina. Dubai Creek seems to offer more luxurious living and more value for the money, but Marina just seems more lively and fun

Very low prices: They are using a bad freezone to give you a cheap price which will cause problems down the line If the price is much above 10K: They have a huge profit margin - stay away from them as their service is exactly the same as we offer for 9.5k
