Not sure this is helpful but I used hemp and herbal cigarettes to help me fully quit. It just helped when I felt too extreme but no nicotine so it was easy to only use as emergency aid. You will do it! Congrats and good health ❤ I wish the three days would be something that shows up so clear and major but I hear what your saying and appreciate the guidance. 🙏
