One of these years you need to bring your Mom to the Philippines for Christmas. No one does Christmas like Filipinos! They start celebrating the holidays at the beginning of the "Ber" months... In September! And they have some of the biggest and most beautiful malls in the world. Highly recommend the Greenbelt mall in Makati City. Your mom would love the crazy Christmas vibe here 😁

Merry belated Christmas from the Bay Area Linda and Debbie. I hear what you're saying about celebrating the holidays away from home in LA. Though i've made the Bay Area my home for the last 30 years - I still miss celebrating the holidays with my folks in Jakarta. I do enjoy the festive feelings during the holiday seasons here but not the daylight savings time when it gets dark by 5 pm 😒.

Thank you for the nice Christmas visit. I live in northern Alberta. I semi retired at 53 and have now fully retired at 56. My kids are adults and independent. We have also changed up things around Christmas and life in general. Can’t wait to visit Bali.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. In Australia those Christmas Days spent with neighbours or friends are called an Orphans Christmas, when they don't have family around or don't have plans. It's very common.

Yes, Bali Spirit Hotel. It's soooo beautiful and very old authentic Bali (with I just love). Averaging $50 usd ($81 AUD) a night during most of the year except peak season, it's a little more, but the Sage Cafe is across the street (also in the other video).
