(Probably gonna get flamed for this but whatever) This is kind of why I've started having some issues with trans ideology. Being Trans, non-binary, genderfluid is kind of meaningless nowadays as there are no attributes associated with any of these identities (lest the left accidentally define "what is a _____"). The only purpose than of changing you're gender identity is to change how people refer to you in conversation (pronouns) which just seems kind of vain. If gender is as fluid as they say then either we should all just use the same, ambiguous pronouns or we just start identifying people by their biology (in which case we may as well just use male/female and he/him or she/her) If any of you form a debate on this (and this is the internet so away we go), ffs keep it respectful

@@viciousscythe4162 Gender is fluid as gender is a societal concept. Sex is different. You have male, female, intersex and as is the case in biology - it's never clear-cut. I think there are too many labels being made now, though. There was a time the progressives opposed labelling.

Do you think crap like that helps our cause? Actually deliberately confusing cis people because it serves your belief "anyone could be trans" except they're not, lots of cis people who just aren't. You're feeding into the conservative narrative that we want everyone questioning their gender and identifying as gender fluid or whatever, and Its just stupid and is only inspiring more of the moderates to join the other side. This isn't cute and profound, MOST people are NOT trans, why do you need that narrative anyway, to make yourself feel more secure, to give you more friends who are also trans? Whatever the reason is it's selfish and harmful to progress in combating transphobia.
