Aamna you couldn't have said it better regarding Hassan's opinion about Nadaan. It is just not his palette. I wonder if he likes art cinema. Nadaan is the only drama I am watching right now. Loving the performances, direction, bgm. Everything is so subtly done, it is just delightful. Also full marks to Mehreen Jabbar for giving the best ost's in her dramas.

Nadaan: I agree with Aamna about the serial- it doesn’t have to be entertaining and I do enjoy it. I think Hasan does look for spice or gets bored. Faraar: as Aamna said can’t compare the characters Ahmed Ali Akbar is playing as they’re quite different. Sohai’s scenes gave me chills. I found nothing preachy anywhere and I avoid teasers of shows I plan to watch so I’m often surprised.

Faraar: An impressive start that definitely exceeded my expectations. This is exactly how a first episode should be-grabbing your attention right from the start. The ensemble cast was well-handled, with each character given enough attention to establish their presence. I agree with Hassan about the opening shot of Hamza on the bike; it seemed intentional to place him on a smaller bike to emphasize his bulky, beefed-up physique, which had a strong visual impact. Besides Hamza, I was particularly impressed by the performances of AAA and Sohai. 😊

@ it does have something to do with Faraar. Watch the last review they clearly said they will do a review on Qarz-e-jaan but Aamna wanted to do Faraar whereas Hassan wanted to do both. Since Aamna intentionally didn’t watch Qarz-e-jaan and Hassan did, Faraar review was done instead as Aamna wanted.

They didn’t say they won’t review it, they will, but later in the week because they need to allocate time for the other dramas already on air. They have reviewed all of Yumna’s dramas so far and they do not favour one actor over another. Reviews can be positive or negative and that has nothing to do with whether they favour one actor over another. That’s what professional reviewers do.

Faraar: We have seen enough of the bhai life and the politicians. The tracks that intrigued me more were of Sohai and Daniyal Zafar. Nadia is such an empathetic humanitarian that it took me a while to accept her in that role, and she was good. It looked that she was actually beating Sohai. 😀Looking forward to seeing how these characters from three different cities and tracks would come together.
