Propane torch is a very cheap and effective way to light pellet stoves without igniter.

I will have to try that! I have one I use to light my charcoal grills from time to time! Thanks for watching!

How does the feeder work? Can you fill it but turn it off without using up all the pellets?
@BeardedBBQ129Ай бұрын
It has a slide at the bottom of the hopper that moves in and out to control the amount of pellets being fed from the hopper. You can close it all the way to preserve unused pellets. Thanks for watching! -Don

@ So then yes? I just want to make sure. I was given to understand that once you fill the hopper, whatever is in there will get used up unless you physically extinguish the flame.

The pellets can be cut off from the fire. They will not all burn up. The slide allows you to close the hopper off completely.

Do you think the material its made of is safe to burn?

I’ve used it several times now and it’s holding up well. I think it’s safe!
