HOWEVER, people have done lots and lots of research that provides laboratory-proven evidence of the superiority of Amsoil. This is research that no other brand, especially royal purple, will even DARE to do, much less publish any results. It's definitely a MLM scam. They make good oil but are extremely biased just look at their independent testing. They only list some competitors on certain tests and leave them out on others. I personally use Royal Purple and know a lot of people that prefer it over scamsoil

I make the vast majority of money by establishing retail accounts through parts stores repair shops retail outlets we have never been pressured to sign up dealers there is no pressure for a dealer to ever buy any product or do anything it's an OPPORTUNITY. Just want to let you guys know, I have a Grand Prix with 350,000 miles on the original engine and yes the original 4t65 glass encased transmission. Amsoil transmission fluid. The engine doesn’t knock, click or tap. Amsoil 5w30 xt since we bought it with 80,000 miles on it. It gets changed every 7500 miles.

One of my friends up in Stanley Wisconsin sells me amsoil for a very good price and that just makes it even more easier to use than just being simply an amazing product! I run it in my small engines, tractor, all 4 company vehicles and 3 personal vehicles and even have the hydrostatic oil in my garden tractor transmission. I also run saber in my 2 cycle equipment. I do believe that 100% is some kind of a pure stuff, while semi and full* (*if just used as a marketing hype) is way below 100% pure. However, I love to see a representation of the 100% synthetic, both in rounded and cracked or irregular form like that of the non-100% synthetic (semi or full) in the video and see if they won't leave any scratch and dent marks when rubbed over the cardboard.

Not true. My 98 cobra has 130,000 miles all Mobile 1 synthetic. I pulled off the valve covers to change the gasket. I inspected the engine cams and all were glass not the slightest grove or scuff.

Spoke with you via phone, (Eben) thanx a bunch for taking my call. After getting "waltzed around" by the Quickkee EZ Lubey's around town. I decided to start taking oil changes and mechanical matters in my own hands. I started by sending out my "Fool Syn" blend to Blackstone Labs for analysis. Results sent back and my concerns of water, coolant, fuel etc were not present. Tolerable averages in other categories. Asked the technician about the Full Syn test vs. standard oil, they do not have the equipment to test. WHAT?! How do we know if my local quickkee and EZ on the corner is using the bottom feeder standard, blend or the category of Full Syn. Unfortunately I used Mobil 1 Full SIN (sic) in my '05 F150 190,000 mi. Ford pick up. I found out from the tech and you Eben, the big oil WORD game Fool's Sin is a blend of standard oil and is not 100% Synthetic WTF!?! I spent approx. for 7 qts fool's syn Mobil 1, recommended via Ford Motorcraft oil filter and a WIX air filter for 75.00ish after a 25.00 discount at Auto Zone. Somewhere in the 3-5,000 mi. range and another Blackstone Lab analysis. I will be going 100% Synthetic with Amsoil through you and then address the other products available. Big Oil WORD game, I won't be Fooled again. I ask around, not one person, I talk to understands FULL syn is not 100% synthetic! This is my story I have a 2005 porsche cayenne turbo s I was using the 0w40 junk mobil 1 and had lots of blow by then I did the engine flush with amsoil and put 5w40 amsoil european formula the blow by stopped engine nice and smooth runs cooler, I know it's hard to believe for someone that doesn't use amsoil.

it it weren't for all the marketing BS, i would be more interested in Amsoil. They have been doing this pyramid nonsense since i was a kid. No doubt its a superior product, but there is little need to go beyond the other choices in practical use. If your are conscientious enough to take care of your vehicle you get turned off by the thought of leaving the oil in for so long. I use my oil change as a reason to inspect my car and do other maintenance. Not sure how that will go if i change it once a year :)

What practical difference does it actually make? How many people buy a car and keep it forever? The $$ you spend only benefits the 4th owner who drives it until he junks it. The first 3 have wasted their $$$. THINK ABOUT IT.

It's a very large difference on Time Savings in fuel mileage Amsoil is the least expensive motor oil available because of the extended drain interval capability one oil change a year in 15,000 miles the viscosity change is so small even at 10,000 miles you're still getting better gas mileage then mineral oil and that gas mileage ends up being on most cars about 70 to $130 per year. By the time you factor in not doing two extra oil changes in Time Savings it is an exponential difference also your engine will have more compression longer because there's less we're in the Pistons and cams because the hundred percent synthetic keeps the metal separated so it's a massive difference in the short-term and in the long-term it's something you physically have to try to see the difference I've captured it with a couple of videos here is my best stuff on that.

Hello! I just found your channel. I'm watching this video on my Roku as I am typing this on my phone. I do lawn care and landscaping and thus tow about 5,200 lbs. every day. You may have done a video on this and I just haven't found it but could you do one on the best oil for engines under constant loads from towing? As of yet, I haven't found one. I'm in the midst of doing research to decide which oil to use in the work truck I just bought, a 2014 F150 with the 5 liter V8. I know which oil I'm NOT using, Motorcraft. After watching for frozen flow test with Pennzoil, NO WAY am I putting that garbage in my engine. Thanks for the valuable info.

I haul chemicals for calumet. They're strict on the cleanliness of the truck tankers as well as the product. Every load I've hauled gets a sample pulled straight from the tank then sent to the lab for testing. Dont forget about how fram was glorified in the 80s. We now know the filters are just cardboard and cheap plastic.

since you live in vegas and i live close to vegas and its hot all the time and never gets below 32f degrees why do we need a poor flow rate test like right now in summer i start my truck and by the time i get to the first stop sign its at operating temp so we need not fear the ccld day so uner our circumstances how long will a good 20,000 mile advanced synthetic oil go and can i run my 2020 ford f150 2.7 turbo some 5w20 instead of 5w30 since its so hot or better yet since heat lowers your 5w30 to about 15 viscosity instead of 30 maybe i could increase it from 5w30 to 5w40 or even 10w40 cuz its hot hot hot and it will breakdown to 5w20 and burnoff

The Walmart Royal purple doesn't have synerlec. The upper lines of Royal purple do still have the synerlec. I have seen the test of amsoil signature vs regular Royal purple. Sorry to deceive you but I put Motul over everything. Signature series don't even come close to Motul 300v ester core high performance. American products are trash and anything can be called synthetic, which is not the case with Europeans. With European standards, you can't cheat. Even the European Castrol edge is forced to be a group 4 oil to be recognised as a full synthetic oil.
