COMPARE best option of all the forumlas - can you make video about? NAD+ --- Glynac ---Glutatione - son on... n any other formula compare it all please thanks regards.

thanks for sharing...GlyNAC sounds like a single supplement. What would your recommendation be for time and dose of Glycine and NAC.

Great question. You can make your own "GlyNAC" by getting Glycine and NAC separately as you've mentioned. You can get them together "GlyNAC" and that's convenient but it's more affordable to get them separately. Then take them together. It's best to consult with a doctor of course. And since I'm not a doctor I can't recommend something for you personally but I'll tell you what I would do. I personally would take them in a 1 to 1 ratio. Maybe start with a gram of each in the morning with food. If I found that it made me sleepy I would try taking it in the evening with a meal or before bedtime. Now I'm in my early 50's and very active so I would likely increase the dose to about 3 to 4 grams of each. Hope that helps.

Is there a blood test I can ask my primary care physician to order to determine if I need to supplement and taylor the dosage?

A couple of things that may be an option would be a glutathione blood test to measure levels of glutathione as well as an oxidative stress test like a d-ROMS test. I would check with your Doctor and see what he/she suggests. I believe you can also find companies / labs that you can get these test from online. They send you the test you send back a sample and their lab does analysis and sends you the results.

Well the study mentions "excess administration" of NAC-alone and GSH-alone result in accelerated aging in C elegans. It's important to note that C elegans is a worm not a human but it does make you wonder. That said, human studies have shown NAC to be generally safe and well tolerated. Hope that helps.

A video based upon research with N=24 participants (12 control, 12 experimental) requires disclosure - which you did not provide. You owe it to viewers to include a critical assessment of the research shortcomings and the conclusions of that study which reads “future GlyNAC trials with larger numbers of more typical OA are warranted.” Irresponsible - just to get views.
