There are many flaws in this video. 1. Not all people getting out of college get 2.5 lakhs per month, majority start with 40-50k. 2. Stop saying that there are no challenges in govt jobs. There are various types of govt jobs and not all can be categorised into same. 3. If people stop doing govt jobs then there would be no chandrayaan, everyone would be writing codes. 4. Many people prefer stability over superb career and money growth. Kindly respect that. Not everyone is supposed to be in the hustle culture. 5. Just for an instance , lets put all government employess on leave for a week, our country will crumble down, do that with tech industry, ofcourse things will slow down but not same as when govt employees would be on leave. 6. Stop this superiority complex. Everyone is important in thsi economy starting from the sweeper to the IAS officer to software engineers. Btw i have following your content since long. I do enjoy them. I want to say that individuals have different experiences in both govt and private sector. I have seen many defence personals , and govt officials enjoying their life like well off. While many are suffering in the private sector due to lack of growth opportunities at current workplace and finding it difficult to switch easily. It depends on area in which you are joining in govt job. If in research organisation & Engg field you are joining as Engineering then salary would be fine + job security + Work life balance. If you are an engineer but joining Group -B,C services or state/central doing file work moving here and there then it is absolutely waste. It all depends on person to person and their interest.

Government job me bohot tension hai aur khas taur pe IAS aur IPS me. Mere family wale IPS to kisi bhi holiday pr ghar hi nahi rhte hai. Jab sara festival khatm ho jata hai to uske agle din aaram krte hai. Leave lene ki prakriya bhi bohot ghatiya hai. Private ki tarah nahi ki Friday ko sick leave lekar 3 din ki vacation par chale gaye. Bro 56100 is basic pay you are saying that is starting salary, 50% da and 30% hra = 100000+ and also there is 30 leave encashment that means you get 1 month salary extra in an year if you join class A jobs , then in 15 years you would be earning 2.5 lakhs something and after 20 years it can cross 300000 , which is more than enough if you don't want to buy luxury things
