Denmark only really controls its foreign policy and defence. Denmark won't "sell" Greenland over the objections of the natives. And I think it's telling that neither you nor Trump consider their opinions to matter.

I think you are forgetting that Denmark is part of Nato. If attacked, they can call for all Nato countries to defend them. You should know this - as the only country which has ever called on Nato to help it out after your 9/11 thing. You ought to realise that Greenland has allies and friends. Greenland is part of the Kingdom of Denmark.

Because 1/4 of the worlds oil and gas is under Greenland and it's loaded with natural resources. If we develop those resources wisely, Denmark/the USA and Greenland will be flush with cash we can use to shore up Social Security/ pay down the debt.

There are no questions. It is not for sale. The native inhabitants are related to Native Americans and have no wish to be moved off their own land. Denmark owns the island and it isn't for sale any more than the UK would sell the Falklands to Argentina. If it comes to it, the Arctic defence forces can easily be increased.

We have no plans to move the Inuit from Greenland. We are just gonna pay them a big chunk of money for the Island, where they are all millionaires, and won;t have to work. They are a small tribe, so if we give them a million dollars each, we can afford it. We're putting tariffs on Canada, so the money we make from them can be used to purchase Greenland. Canada will buy Greenland for us.
