Reminder, Jonni is saying it helps w energy but Greg markets it as a muscle builder.
@StallionFernando13 сағат бұрын
Anything that allows you to have more energy, put out more efforts and get extra reps or put out more weight will help you build more muscle.
@notacreativenamee13 сағат бұрын
@@StallionFernando Exactly, that would be an indirect benefit. To be a Muscle Builder as marketed by Greg there has to be a direct correlation (there isn’t.) Turk in Jonni’s use case was essentially pre workout. It enhanced his endurance, gave him increased energy/focus and possibly helped out his recovery but at no point does it directly contribute to muscle growth. Muscle building is an indirect effect of pre workout *assuming you workout*.
@taylorhillard486811 сағат бұрын
@@StallionFernando energy is irrelevant. Recovery is the single most important factor in growing muscle. You can push your body to its maximum limit regardless of energy, but it doesnt mean anything if you cant recover. You should be fully capable of pushing to the max of what your body can handle at any time regardless of energy (whether that is a good idea or not is another issue, you should always be capable of it)

I know it is something fishy with all these bodybuilders claiming they are clean, and they look like a rock on mountain and you have feeling their body will explode any second. I don't know why they do it to themselves when you can do it all naturally with a proper diet. Personally, I have been following meal plans from Onlymeal recently. I am doing it for three months already, and my body got so much stronger that I think I could challenge these fake bodybuilders already... if they pop their balloon muscles of course.

For me the thing that really bothers me about how Greg sells turk is that he basically promotes as if it’s healthy. He doesn’t just say “it’s not banned, or illegal” he talks about it as if it’s like taking protein. Just because it’s not illegal doesn’t mean it doesn’t have side effects or that it could cause serious harm like PED’s do. And Turk is significantly less studied than most other PED’s and supplements

So i dunno if turk works but if it's not ridiculously expensive then it seems safe enough to try seeing as any research im seeing kinda points to it not really doing anything which means it's usually not acutely dangerous. I tried ashwaganda and i dunno about in the gym usage but i take nutricost ksm66 and it does help with stress, which by proxy helps with recovery. This was before we had a bit more confirmation on this effect in the sciency crowd. I guess what I'm saying is its not dangerous so i don't mind adding it to the stack for a few months to see what it is but it is really hard to like greg, nothing against you personally but your waaay more abrasive then i enjoy of people i watch content for and any time a fitness influencer sells supps it really does tend to cause me to be super skeptical, especially when it's touted as effective as you seem to. Im gonna buy a bit and see. So greg I'm going to buy your product and then my opinion on you is going to become one of two things, a shill and a con artist, or a guy who has too big a freakin mouth but doesn't lie when he opens it and I'll probably post his i feel about it after that month.
