People do not arrive late to places they really want to be. My rule: late more than 15 minutes without a call , I’m gone. If you want to be late, you’ll be late all by yourself

I had this trick -- I would let my friends know that I had a date with a new guy, then I would double-book with them, so if he were more than 15 minutes late without a call, I was out having fun and would tell him about it when he called. It let him know that I always have something to do and he better appreciate my time or be gone! Works like a charm.

If a guy was more than 30 minutes late, with no valid excuse, I would simply say, "Oh thanks for coming over, but I've actually made alternative plans."

A guy did it to me he stood me up 3 times actually and I remember dressing myself up, excited to see him bc I did one time really like him, I didn’t know much about him but I was just trying to have fun and to wait up in my room to get a text that he’s here and he never comes and 2 hours later he texts me telling me that he fell asleep and that he felt so bad. He did it again, accept he was just late for whatever reason I don’t remember and the 3rd time again I don’t hear from him. To have him fb message me that he lost his phone but I look back and I’m like “so you couldn’t come and get me bc you lost your phone?” Lmao Once I was over it and moved on to somebody else and got into a relationship he comes back 3 months later of not hearing from me telling me that he missed me and still has a lot of feeling for me and wants to see me.. ahh nice try buddy. Too little too late. He didn’t want me then, well I don’t want him now. He can take his petty childish shit elsewhere.

Reminds me of a story that happened this spring. Mr Big Lawyer was supposed to pick me up at my place. He was about 10 min for our second date, this would be our third date. So 15 min after the time we were meeting up, I called him and then sent him a text. No answer. Called him again 20 min after the set time. No answer. So I start doing my own things. In 24 min he just texts me something like 'I'm here'. No sorry for being late or for missing my calls. Haha, so that was the last time we interacted. I made it clear that I don't want to see him. And am still happy I did :)

Ohh... I have a thing that if a guy I see is late from the first date... it's a sign that we are just not going to work and that he is rude by nature. and I am always right... being late is my number one pet peeve I think. I just get infuriated and it turns out I am right. I just love guys who say what hour they are coming and who respect that. Really liked your e-book, read it and learned so much. This happened to me the other day! They texted me they were going to be half an hour late. All excitement and attraction I had for them, died in an instant. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt but those feelings never came back. He blew it. It’s a deal breaker! Won’t be seeing them again!

This behaviour seems typical of the men in my generation and its really annoying. I don't spend any time on it when it happens, I just don't bother with them again. I know a guy that has liked me since we were 14 years old and contacted me to invite himself to something he heard I'd organised. I decided to give him the chance he's been wanting. He was a no-show. Had the same trouble with a guy I just dated for 8 weeks. Twice we organised a weekend away - the first time as I was driving to pick him up he pretended he was sick. I was left in a hotel on my own trying to make the most of it. The second time he was supposed to meet me there, he didn't show up after sending me a text he would be there soon. I contacted him the next morning and said 'hey was your night?' only to be told he just kicked back and watched tv. I had a great weekend lounging in the sun on a 20 acre farm property and I broke up with him when I got back :) Now he keeps asking me if I want to get back together. What gives!

This guy that I had been dating for five years we stopped talking for three years made a date and he stood me up I blame myself because I let him treat me any kinda way in the past why should he change now I didnt react I never texed him or called because now the difference is from three years ago I know my worth and no one is worth bringing your self esteem down after it took you 3 years to build up

It could be so many reasons why a guy would lead you on it could be he's into someone else that he's chasing her like your chasing him it could be something has come up or happened an he didn't wanna go out with you anyway because he doesn't feel you but would rather lead you on than just tell you how he really feels an that is just you feel rejection worse than that you just want him an you don't know why he's just what you want at the time it's crazy but woman do it just like men do it we chaser's I'd feel so crunchy when this would happen I felt so many things at once it could make your head spin he reaches out to u but he doesn't want you. you never call him talk to him really vibe it's like you can but you can't relate it just feeling,emotions,ect. are the saddest shits ever they have you in so many places
