I‘m so glad you’re talking about this. A guy at my work is a warlock. Since the day we met at the job interview he leered at me angrily and I immediately felt magnetically drawn to him. There's a fourth option that some people can choose if they like - a spirituality/religion and anything to do with it only has as much power over you as you give it. Your belief is powerful. I too was under a man’s spell, whatever he asked me to do I would do, even if I was reluctant. As I took my daily walks for prayer and meditation during this spell I found black walnut hulls and picked them up and made a tincture. I was completely led by God’s Spirit and I’m so grateful. I was freed but it took months even after I left I continued to use tinctures to rid of all attachments he had implanted, there are protocols and I followed them as my Spirit led me. It took me actually going crazy I took a leap packed my bag left most of my things and left on a whim not even knowing where I was going. I believe God was fighting for me. I was like a caged bird and couldn’t see the bigger picture until God freed me through this cleanse. Another one I still take today for maintaining is wormwood.

I think I went through the same issue. Some guy was all physical things for a woman but emotional empty. We had a wild ride for two months but tell me why I was all up in this guy for more than a year after breaking up. But one day I kept meditating on the word and the Holyspirit clearly told me that it was the hoodie that he gave me. And yohh, it was clearly a token. Yes, this happened to me unfortunately, a Shaman told me what my intuition was nudging me about! (The Shaman told me without me even asking btw!) Hi! I think I can help. For starters, try looking into mudras or hand positions. There's a mudra for warding off evil eyes. You could also try Hindu 'nazar' removing rituals, though you might need the help of a friend or mirror. Worked for me.
