While Healdsburg has attracted lots of attention for attracting lots of investment from both real estate and hospitality companies as well as wealthy individuals, there are as many people who are complaining about the continuing upscale development of Healdsburg. Is it possible for a town to maintain its sense of community as well as attract money from the super-wealthy?

Zoning regulations needs to be change to allow more of the people who work in town to actually live there affordably too. I pay 1650 a month just for a single bedroom half of a duplex that’s already falling apart despite being renovated a few months back
