Is Hinge really that good? - Hinge Dating app review in 2023

Hinge has gotten worse. I feel like I've seen a lot more girls that I'm not attracted to at all. People don't really respond much these days. I've seen so many accounts that are clearly fake, and I find that I'm hitting X on so many people and when I do match they just say one thing and don't say anything afterwards.

Hinge is easily the most disappointing dating app out there- which is crazy, because it’s the most user-friendly

I don’t want to steal the spot light from anyone’s comments but I would just like to share what happened to me maybe less than 30mins ago. I matched with a girl on hinge-we exchange a few text and she asked me to call her. We speak for about 10mins. Solid convo flowing evenly between the two of us. till she asked me if I got vaccinated. I said no but not for the reasons alot of ppl might not. I ask her back if she did she says yes and adds that she wasn’t a fan of it, okay I didn’t think much of it after a few more sentences of us talking she says “ I can’t date someone that didn’t get two shots booster or even one shot”. I was taken back by this and replied saying why should the relationship solely only be on the vaccine. She couldn’t answer the question and The convo was dead after that. Am I wrong in this story?

I happen to like Hinge, I've had the most success having all my friendships & Situationships come from there; I will agree though that the verification process is a nightmare for completely blind people, and of course as a blind person I do like the voice prompts so I get to hear what they sound like ... I really do like the "active today" and "new here" filters, and I have also never met any scammers ... one thing I never understood was what never worked for me were Boosts, either of them, also do you know if the subscription(s) give/s you a Boost like monthly? I have one but I never bought one I mean I have bought before but never bought it ever again because it never worked for me, but I happen to have one for some reason

@@citylights3452 well, as far as I have experienced, the best success I have had accessibility-wise: Bumble, CMB and Hinge; I did try a couple other ones including the one structured for disabled, as well as Tinder, they are for the most part okay accessibility-wise, one thing I had problems with was I think the dynamic scrolling, doesn't work well with the screen readers, I know Bumble has it in a couple areas, Hinge I think has it on the vitals section, and Tinder has it if the person uploaded their Spotify recent playlist, some websites have it too
