OMG, this is me too... Thank you so much, as my main symptom is periodic hypertension with 4 am spikes, and anxiousness, just the same!! I wasn't being taken seriously but I knew it had to be related to my diet, as mostly I would be fine and then suddenly go through the roof.. Another great video.....I never knew exactly what histamine was, besides using "anti-histamines" for allergy issues. This might be a reason for my mysterious itchy hands & feet!?

Quick question? Dr. Ginsberg, in all low histamine lists salmon is included as a “good” food. You said that you felt like you were dying half an hour after eating salmon. I am a little confused. Can you please explain?

After I consume lemon and oranges, my blood presss spikes over 200/120! O also have chronic gastritis, and a hiatal hernia. No pharmaceuticals brings it down. I dealt with over 10 yrs. No MD never could help, just kept bobbing drugs that don’t work. I need help with this Please. Need a protocol. I lost out of precious time with loved ones from this.
