I love the "scrap that drops through the cutting table gets sold as scrap to build kubotas" 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I worked in a factory as a maintenance guy for a short period of time after I got out of the military. I can honestly say that the men that work in these factories take a lot of pride in what they do. It has to be "perfect" in their eyes before it leaves their station. In my opinion, these are the kinds of jobs that children (high school) should be encouraged to learn. You can make a really good living doing this kind of work rather than going into debt for a college "education".

I wish I would have got into a trade right out of high school. I'm 42, and just have dead end jobs. I never went to college either, never could afford it in the first place. I joined the Army out of high school, and kick myself for getting out after 12 years, could have "retired" last year if I'd have stayed in. Trades are where its at. Learn a couple of them, and you are set for life.

@@wildbill23c I am kind of the same way. I am 57 and enlisted into the Navy at 23. I also kick myself for getting out after 9 years. I was halfway to getting that retirement check. I will say though that I learned a trade (electronics/computers) while in the Navy and did that kind of work for the rest of my career (along with some hydraulics and pneumatic maintenance).

I've bought two implements from them, have been very happy and appreciated the military discount! Great customer service and communication.

Nice to see the tour . Ordered a JD 54" sub compact grapple the end of February . And when they call and tell me its ready I will be picking it up at the factory . I live about 15 mins from them.

I have been researching grapples for about 6 months, Homestead was one I have been looking at! I am sold! Great video! Going to order the 66” JD green tomorrow!

Hank, I had gotten a couple of their implements couple years ago. Yep they were very nice implements. About year ago I sold my big tractor and sold both implements with it. Total of 3 implements.

You had mentioned one of the things that I find so hilarious about getting an implement shipped to me. The guy was so careful to not scratch it, and handed me the clipboard to sign that it arrived undamaged ... to which I looked him in the eye, and said the first thing I put this on the tractor loader, you do realize my first order of business is to jam it into hard rocky soil ... It would almost be an admirable achievement to be able to have damaged either my stump bucket or pallet forks in a way that would have effected their serviceability.

Which also was a day I instinctively knew how to travel back to the barn from the drive with 3 SSQA attachments, and 2 pallets, I assembled the forks on the frame, leaving an empty pallet, remove the materials bucket, and place on the empty pallet, install the fork frame, pick the stump bucket and Russian nesting doll it into the materials bucket, set the full pallet on the now empty pallet, ratchet strap the combo together then travel. I think some of my family doesn't get how to arrive with all you will need in one trip. Of course my rotary cutter is currently playing the part of a ballast box until I get around to pouring a drum full of concrete on a 3 point cross bar.

An amazing video of a clean, high quality American made products factory. Made to last with pride. Even though you didn't specifically say so, hopefully made with American metal. Yowza.

Thanks for another great video. It was interesting and informative. Thanks for the tour of the factory. Most interesting. Great to see how this equipment is made. Stuff moves quickly thru the factory process to the end customer. Lots of processes to make all that work. Thanks for the tour and taking us along. The Iowa farm team boy. Steve.

Hank, what a great tour. Nothing like an American company turning out top of the line implements. Great to see you taking the employees. I can tell that they take a tremendous amount of pride in their work. Thanks for an awesome video

Thank you, Hank, for your great informative videos. After watching your reviews on KZbin, I bought one of their grapples and it is my favorite attachment. Excellent quality, fast and free shipping and very good value for the price. And the color matches my Massey Ferguson.

Hey Hank. Nice video as usual. I do have a couple questions though. Orange powder coat is not only for Kubota, it may also be for the Korean Orange tractor. Although, the Korean orange tractor has almost black implements and not tractor color. Plus when you commented on the scrap metal that falls of the laser cutter goes to make Kubota 😅, I was not sure if that was a compliment or not, anyway I had to chuckle. Take care..

I never realized they are veteran owned and gave discounts to veterans. I'll have to keep that in mind as I buy more implements.

I was going to order a grapple from them, but after several emails back and forth with dimensions, it seems they got frustrated with me so I never heard anymore from them. I've decided to move on and not bother with a grapple, as I realize that they weigh quite a bit so my lift capacity would be highly impacted on my small tractor LOL.

Sounds like they need to figure out a 4 in 1 bucket. I know a guy who needs one
