But they removed that facility, n even if u tested -ve on self test kits n u have cold or flu , they ask u to see if it goes after 3 days or not plus u can't get over the counter meds for those. But hey it's a 1st world country.

the healthcare in Delhi is so good, there are 4 members in my family, not only they come to your home in time, they also provide the full reports regarding everything, there are doctors who'll call and talk to you about your reports specifically, they even provide the best and healthy diet plan for everyday in a month, it is private and it just costed us 3000 rupees for 4 person, overall it was a good deal, and the reports collection time is 3 days at max, they'll either send the hard copy or provide you the pdf, but it's all worth it, we try to get ourself tested every 6 months.

Most of British doctors are under qualified. NHS clinics in small towns are clean but staffs are not able. Sometimes getting appointment is tricky. In India, doctors are qualified as they see variety of patients with different ailments. In metros in good hospitals, treatment is much better than England.

Problem in the UK is you have two choices for healthcare. Either have it for free, but you have to wait for a very very long time if you need an operation or pay extortionate prices for operation in the private sector. In America I think it is slightly better in terms of not being in the waiting list, because America as in India charge money for healthcare. But in America at least middle class people can afford healthcare. In the UK paying for healthcare is extortionate for the middle classes and people have no choices but have NHS which is free, but you have to wait for months or sometimes years !! I know one Bangladeshi, living in the UK, who needed an operation, but it took him so long for one to be made, that he flew to Bangladesh and had it there and it was affordable for him to pay it compared if he had it done privately in the UK, which would have cost him an arm and a leg !! My advice to those who live in the UK and need urgent health operations is to fly to another country and get an operation there at a fraction of a cost. Also research on what are the best hospitals abroad that do the best healthcare. India is also a big market for health tourists and there are many good hospitals there.

Whenever I go to India I do that . They charge 800 or 900 in which they do every single test including kidney,liver functions , vitamin and many more . And detailed reports they email you. I had my 3 MRI in 2020 in only 7500 and within an hour I had my reports in hand because the problems I was discussing with my GP had in vain from 2017in results they were giving me gas medicines but actual problems comes out in my MRI. So UK medical is a total waste
